Helloooooo. So this is my second build in this build series, "Demi-Gods of Tamriel." Before anyone comments and says, "There aren't any demi-gods in Tamriel!!!!" Just think about how demi-daedra sounds. Yeah, I know. Kinda sucks. So, without further delay, I present: The Son of Boethiah!

Journal of Niveur Arano, 4E 201, 16th of Last Seed

Running North through the wooded glens of Cyrodiil, I spotted a flash of dark. It disappeared nearly as soon as it appeared, but it reappeared again, closer. I picked up my pace, sprinting through brush, my bare feet cold, bruised and bloodied. My torn robes caught on branches and slowed me down. Then I was engulfed in a cloud of dark smoke. As I coughed and blinked the smoke out of my eyes, I noticed a change in scenery. I was no longer in the woods. I was in a room. He was in front of me. "Hello, father." I said casually, as if I hadn't been running from him mere seconds before.

Boethiah grinned with sharp teeth and a menacing glare. "Greetings, my son. I have another task for you." He said. I almost cringed at that. "Another? The last one was to kill my mother, what else would you have me do?" His face darkened, and I knew this was serious. "Go to Skyrim. Your true purpose will be found there." "And if I don't?" I retorted. "Well, that can be fixed easily." He replied. "Why? What do you want me to do there?" I asked. "Well, that would spoil the fun now, wouldn't it? Let's just say that a uh... Significant enemy needs to be taken care of. And while you're at it, I need you to kill my deadbeat champion. See you in a few months!" And with another quick flash, everything went dark. It took a few seconds, but my vision came back into focus. I was in a carriage, on my way to be executed... Thanks a lot, dad.

    The Build

Race: Dunmer fits best, since Boethiah is primarily worshipped by the dark elves.

Standing Stone: Lord Stone. This is a sneaky tank build, so whatever increases armor but doesn't make noise is nice.

Stat Distribution: 1/1/Up until everything is 200. Then just upgrade health.

Major Skills: Heavy Armor, Sneak, One-Handed, Destruction.

    Minor Skills: Enchanting, Alchemy.

Shouts: Marked for Death, Dragon Aspect, Throw Voice, Fire Breath.

Powers: Summon Spectral Assassin, Secret Servant, Dragonborn Flame.

    Equipment

Armor: Full ebony set, with ebony mail. Helm is fortify Magicka. Boots and Gauntlets are Fortify Sneak. Throw in a ring with a strong sneak enchantment as well. For the amulet, go with the Amulet of Articulation. Very good for deceiving, which fits with the RP. Earlier in the game, when Ebony is unavailable, get Nightingale Armor. It's good for leveling Sneak and One-handed, and if you want, you can throw in a few Light Armor perks. Don't spend more than two though, it'll totally offset the build if you do.

Weapons: You'll be dual wielding an ebony sword and ebony dagger with absorb health enchantments. Absorb health is useful and it makes sense for a child of Boethiah. If you play this long enough to find Daedric items, go ahead and trade your weapons for their Daedric counterparts.

    Skills & Perks

Destruction: This is a zero-archery build, so your only form of ranged attack is in this build. Get Ice Spike, Firebolt and Lightning Bolt early on. Progress to Ice Spear for the strongest ranged magical projectile. Fireball is also a pretty great option. Get Flame cloak as well. I didn't use shock spells that much, but they're good against mages so you might want a few of those.

Sneak: Sneaking is an important part of this build, mainly for roleplay purposes. You are the son of Boethiah, Daedric Prince of Deception and Lies. Sneak is ingrained in this build. I was told after my perk spread was made that if you go higher than 2/5 on the "Stealth" perk, you are easier to detect. I didn't notice this in my playthrough, unfortunately. Take the two extra perks there and invest them in Light Armor so you're not defenseless when you get the Nightingale and Guild Master's armors.

Alchemy: Didn't put too much effort here. Alchemy is going to be used for paralysis and poisons.

One-handed: This is the main damaging force of this build. When you go into fights, you want to fight fast and hit hard, one-handed weapons are perfect for that. And they've got fantastic bonuses for sneak attacks that are unavailable for two handed.

Heavy Armor: Now time for the difficult part. Heavy armor kinda sucks for sneaking, so you're gonna have to utilize Light Armor in the early game. Once you get to level 30 and get the Ebony Mail, you'll need to use trainers and lots of gold to get your skills up to scratch.

    Special Abilities

Boethiah's Scourge- Ebony Mail+Ancestor's Wrath. One thing I love about Dark Elves and Ebony Mail is the combination of their racial ability and the poison effect to make hell for whoever gets close. Combine that with the Flame Cloak and you can run through crowds of bandits and kill them in seconds.

Ebony Juggernaut- Dragon Aspect+Marked for Death+Ebony Mail. With Marked for Death's incredible decrease in enemy armor rating, Dragon Aspect's colossal armor boost and power attack boost, and the Ebony Mail's poison effect, almost everything is an instakill. Happy hunting.

    Quests

Thieves Guild: The Thieves Guild is pretty awesome. They are also a back-stabbing bunch, although they're more subtle about it than, say, ASTRID. But yeah, they're cool, and there's a lot in it for you if you join them and complete all the quests.

Dark Brotherhood: Just makes sense for a child of Boethiah to join the guild that is notorious for betraying each other. And you get to kill people, so that's fun.

Dragonborn (DLC): This is mainly to get the Dragon Aspect shout and black books.

Main Quest: Just go kill Alduin. Boethiah sees him as a threat, and you know it's your "true calling" or whatever.

    Roleplay

Whatever you do, stab them in the back... There are a lot of quests in Skyrim where you can lie to people and kill them in the end, and that's your goal. Get people to trust you, then kill them all. When I finished all the Thieves Guild quests, I killed two of the nonessential NPC's, just cause I felt like it. You're also a bit full of yourself, so when interacting with Daedric Princes, act like you're better than them and even flat out refuse some. I did the Break of Dawn quest, then I went and bought a necromancy spell and put Dawnbreaker in the possession of a zombie and left it there. Suck it, Meridia. But you are respectful to the big three dark elf Daedra, so do the Azura's star quest, but don't get the Black Star unless you feel like that's an appropriate act of betrayal. Mephala's quest fits pretty well with this character, so I went ahead and did that, too. Make sure to pray at Boethiah's shrine in Raven Rock whenever you pass through. And the Secret Servant thing was just sort of a fun little thing thrown in. Daddy lends his butler to you...

    Conclusion

So this is the end of my second Demi-God build. I think I'll only do one more, unless I get more than 20 likes on this build or the last one. to see my Hircine build, click here. Thank you for reading, please leave a comment on anything I could do better or something I left out. I don't own any of the pictures in this build, so if you don't want me posting your picture, let me know and I'll take it off. Shout out to Sapiarch Kael'than for the perk spread. Thanks man.

Pretty good build, like the armor selection.

Your first combo, boethiahs scourge, won't work as described. Ancestors wrath cancels out flame cloak. They do not stack.

Good build, the special abilities don't work though, Flame Cloak and Ancestor's Wrath don't stack, also, in your first power, you describe it as 'run through a group of bandits' while the poison effect of the ebony mail only work when sneaking (if I'm not mistaken?) But except for that still a very decent build

Nah, the poison cloak from The Ebony Mail works while in combat too.

Demi-Daedra are actually called Demiprinces in lore, like Fa-Nuit-Hen from Sermon 1

I like the build, though you might want to take a second look at the equipment section, the images seem to have vanished

You should do builds of all the daedric demigods.
