¡This is my first build and I hope that they like!

    THE GHOUL

The meat is honest and the organs don't lie.

The ghoul is a servant vampire who has taken of the blood of his owner, which has given him a become emaciated and deformed appearance but with a long longevity. Nevertheless, the Ghoul cannot feed any more than the meat and blood of the alive ones, which it catches warily and devours with pleasure. The ghoul is in the habit of living in dark places and far away from the cities, since they it are the caverns or caves and even the Underground, but they can risk going to the cities so as to obey his owner. Nevertheless, the ghouls can survive in the cities, being able to find refuge in cemeteries, temples and any left place without the light of the Sun I managed to them to touch, since it is his natural fear. When his owner dies, the ghoul is free.

    THE BUILD

Race: The best option is the Dark Elf. Due the fact that they possess the perfect features for it (red eyes,shar-pointed ears and pale skin).

Gear: Namira's Ring, some apparel to his preference (i recommend ragged robes) and any dagger (Orcish or Dragon Priest Dagger Absorb Health/Soul Trap).

    Stone: Serpent or Ritual.

Vampirism/Lycanthropy: The vampire is necesary for this build, but not the werewolf.

Shouts: Dismay, Marked for Death, Disarm.

Powers: Vampire's Sight, Embrace of Shadows.

    Guilds: Dark Brotherhood,Volkihar Clan.

Quests: Dawnguard Questline (Vampires), Dark Brotherhood Questline,The Taste of the Death,The Black Star.

    PERK SPREAD

    MAJOR SKILLS

Enchanting: The ghouls are in the habit of using his own hands to kill, for what we will need enchantments to increase the power of our fists. Also, we will need of it for our dagger with which we will absorb the health of our enemies.

Sneak: They are creatures of the night and are adapted to being between the shades, in an unbreakable silence.

Alchemy: Our skin is weak to the light and we cannot regenerate ourselves in the light of the Sun, which damages us. For it we need the use of potions and overcoat that of the poisons, which we use as dirty snares against our enemies.

Conjuration: We use the corpses of our enemies as soon as they have been devoured as our servants.

    MINOR SKILLS

Pickpocket: With this skill we will be capable of placing our poisons in our enemies.

One-Handed: We will need the skill of paralyzing strike to be able to paralyze our enemies with the leaf of the dagger. The dagger is used only to obtain our soul gems or absorb health for our benefit.

Restoration: Only for the skill ''Necromage''.

    ROLEPLAY

Already humanity does not exist in your being, only the instinctive desire to devour other creatures. You do not have feelings as your victims, whom you devour with pleasure. You are wild and impulsive and not very reasonable, for it you are not in the habit of socializing with other creatures, except the vampires. You manage to be employed at alone equipment for own benefit, until it is a question of the benefit of your owner. You are loyal to your owner without importing the consequences. You stroll around for Tamriel without a motive, only the desire of the meat and blood, leaving your survivors destined to stroll around infected with the same desire of blood.

    GAMEPLAY

You will need a refuge in a dark and sinister place, for example the  Abandoned Shack or Castle Volkihar. You can decorate your refuge with bones, meat or organs (Human Heart,Troll Skull...). You can take Serana as your landlady on having been able to be had as companion or if not to Eola, on having had the same tastes in the cannibalism it might work. Other non-dead men that are not vampires will be rivals, therefore they will have to be eliminated. You are in the habit of using poisons with effects of slowness or paralysis. In spite of the fact that you have an owner vampire, you can finish with these also if they show to be a threat before your owner.

Your tags are a bit messed up, and I wouldn't recommend that last line in bold you put. Other than that, looks good to me

I really like the idea of a savage blood-hungry vampire but I think you need to expand on the Gameplay and skills section.

I hate Alchemy, but I love the concept.
