Well, it's been nearly a year since I've made a character build, so I thought it was time to do so. Without further ado I present you all of you the most fun I've had with Skyrim since last year...

If there's one thing I've learned from being the world's greatest assassin, it's that you can't trust anyone. Everyone in this world is out for themselves, and there are no heroes in these times. I myself am a man of opportunity, and Skyrim is fat with fortune and bounty for men like me. The Dark Brotherhood also maintain their last bastion here, a bastion that's continued existence is bad for business. They raised me to be the weapon I am, and then decided to betray me when they were my closest family. This goes beyond business...

    The Build

Race: Nord, the Frost Resistance combined with Ahzidal's Mask will help a ton later on.

    Stone: Advanced Lady

Stats: 0 Magicka/2 Health/1 Stamina until Stamina reaches 200, then go pure health.

Major Skills: One-Handed, Archery, Heavy Armor, Sneak

    Minor Skills: Enchanting, Destruction, Block

Shouts: Elemental Fury, Slow Time (2/3), Whirlwind Sprint, Marked for Death, Cyclone

Armor: Ahzidal's Mask, Custom Enchanted Dawnguard Heavy Set

Weapons: Dual Blades Swords, Enhanced Dwarven Crossbow, Staves of Flames/Firebolt/Fireball

The Contract Terminator is the ultimate killing machine, combining flames, fists, and steel to create the deadliest mercenary in Tamriel. The Contract Terminator is trained in virtually every field of offense and defense, not someone you'd like to piss off, something the Dark Brotherhood are going to regret doing.

Donning full heavy armor with two badass samurai swords, the Terminator isn't someone you want to get up close in personal with, that's if you manage to get close to him. Battles at a distance are not a problem for him either, the crossbow resting on his back has claimed more than a few wimpy bandits, and he's not a stranger to Destruction magic...

Bearing increased reflexes, an accelerated healing factor, and one of the most pissed off attitudes ever, tell me, who could possibly tango with this unstoppable force of vengeance and live?

    Skills (Level 55)

    One-Handed

The Terminator's main source of damage dealing are his swords, amplifying them with perks in One-Handed is an obvious choice and one that doesn't really need much thought. Alternatively you could use the Ebony Blade and Two-Handed in place of One-Handed for even more power and a slightly modified playthrough.

    Heavy Armor

Heavy Armor was a bit of a drag starting off because it's a bitch to train, so it should become a priority to spend most of your money training it with Isran once the Dawnguard is joined.

    Archery

An obvious choice, the Terminator decimates his enemies from long range in the form of the long-range mace, or as others like to call it, the enhanced Dwarven Crossbow.

    Sneak

There is nothing more satisfying than scoring that initial throat slit or sniping off some wimpy bandits at the beginning of combat, sneak comfortably finds itself synergizing with the Terminator's other combat abilities. Shadow Warrior is a great perk here, allowing the Terminator to drop in and out of stealth mode.

    Enchanting

Enchanting is going to give that little bit of boost to the Terminator's equipment that counts for so much in combat. Every perk taken here is a significant boost to equipment, so every perk here is awesome.

    Destruction

It's not a super important skill, but it boosts the damage of our staves and has good synergy with Ahzidal. The two augmented flame perks are the big thing here, everything else isn't worth it. Destruction should be trained via Sybille Stentor in Solitude.

    Block

The Only importance of block is to sponge hits in the early levels and to get the Quick Reflexes perk. If you're lazy you can just train this up really quick with Njada in Whiterun like I did.

    Head: Ahzidal

Body: Dawnguard Heavy Armor (Fortify Health + Fortify Stamina)

Gloves: Dawnguard Heavy Gloves (Fortify Archery + Fortify Unarmed)

Boots: Dawnguard Heavy Boots (Fortify One-Handed + Fortify Sneak)

Ring: Silver Garnet Ring (Resist Magic + Fortify Unarmed)

    Necklace: Amulet of Talos x5

    Weapons:

    Dual Unenchanted Blades Swords

Inferno: Enhanced Dwarven Crossbow (Fire Damage + Fiery Soul Trap), combo it with Explosive Fire Bolts for extreme damage.

    Staff of Flames/Firebolt/Fireball (The Firearms)

Utilizing the Werewolf stacking glitch, the Terminator can equip five Talos amulets at once. This results in 100% shout cooldown for the aforementioned shouts, and provides the Terminator with his enhanced reflexes.

With 100% cooldown as well as enhanced health and stamina regeneration you become an absolute colossus in combat later on, becoming nearly invincible in the final levels. The journey there however, is long. Start the game off with the Companions questline and mix it in with some bounty quests to get a nice start to most of the builds skills. Disenchant everything you find, getting the Black Star around the early game is advisable as well, as it'll help a ton with enchanting throughout the whole game. Do the main quest up to A Blade in the Dark, grabbing the Blades Sword in Delphine's secret room and never look back, grab the second one from Fultheim at Nightgate Inn. Your swords are out of the way now, so look towards the Dawnguard and Dragonborn questlines for the rest of the gear.

Using the good old Elixir + Philter + Elixir of the Healer trick we can amp the Lady Stone up to 60% Health and Stamina regeneration, more than doubling its standard effect. If you want, swap out the above armor enchantments for regen ones for even more accelerated healing factors. The staves can be a pain in the ass to find, so I recommend doing Neloth's quests until the staff enchanter becomes available. All the tomes can be bought from court wizards at level 1 except for Fireball, which Wuunferth and Farengar should start selling at level 40 Destruction.

Essential Quests: Companions, Dawnguard, Dragonborn, Destroy the Dark Brotherhood, Main Quest to A Blade in the Dark, Unearthed

Recommended Quest(s): The Black Star (Black Star), Ill Met by Moonlight, (Alternative) The Whispering Door, Bounty Quests, Thane Quests

    Lycanthropy

Personally, I cured Lycanthropy at the conclusion of the Companions questline, but it can still come in handy at times during the playthrough. If you enjoy it and think it has a place in the build for whatever reason then feel free to keep it, perking the skill tree and such.

The Terminator isn't just your average mercenary, he's the best. Jobs should get done in order of whatever gives the most payout. You also don't take disrespect and annoyance very well either, NPC's like Nazeem, Heimskr, and Aerin will probably meet their ends on your blade.

Aim to always use the intimidate speech option, even if it doesn't work. The Terminator isn't a persuasive person, and cares too much about his money to go around bribing everyone.

Destroy the Dark Brotherhood is probably the best last task for this character, as his original goal is to eliminate every last fragment of the Brotherhood in Tamriel, so it's a perfect way to end the game.

You work alone, apart from receiving contracts from the Companions and quests where you're given a follower you should never take one with you.

    Credits

Big thanks to Neb for finding all the artwork found in the build apart from the screenshots, which were taken by Morty.

Big thanks to Albino for proofreading virtually every section of the build.

Another thanks to Neb for helping with the name of the build.

Thanks to the original finders of the Werewolf stacking glitch and the Advanced Lady.

Finally a huge thanks to DC for making the badass character that inspired this build, Deathstroke.

Next time, we eat make Deadshot.

I can read it fine; just open the image in a new tab if you're having trouble.

Deathstroke in the comics has an enhanced healing factor and the Lady Stone easily simulates this in game, I can't make a direct reference here so explaining it was quite difficult without doing so. I thought my explanation of it was okay though, short and to the point, most people here already know how to do "advanced" stones and such too, but I'll definitely put it on my considerations list for the future.

Question.... what's the point of putting armor and weapons above the perks page and then giving equipment it's own spot on the build? Is it to make sure we use ahzidal and the dawnguard heavy set? :P

It's for presentation purposes, it gives you an in-depth look at all the enchantments and such on the armor, it also gives me a reason to gimp up an equipment spread.
