I had been toying with the idea of including one more member, either Derkeethus or Mjoll the Lioness, but decided against it because neither possessed high enough skill in sneak.
But if you wanted, you could add one more follower. You can do this only if you select the member you want, let's say Derkeethus, then use the multiple follower technique to add Serana, Cicero, and the two Dark Brotherhood Initiates. To then add Aela the Huntress you'd have to reverse pickpocket Dark Brotherhood gear onto Aela before the mission that allows you to become a werewolf, and when you wake up in the woods outside the Silver Hand fort, do not enter to complete the mission and Aela will continue to follow you.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to access Aela's inventory because technically the game won't consider her a follower, so make sure you reverse pickpocket all the necessary gear onto her before you become a werewolf. It's a one-time deal, so make the most of it.
Important: If you decide to use this strategy to gain an additional follower I highly suggest you do the following:
1) That you don't reverse pickpocket an upgraded bow onto Aela, as she will run out of arrows and you will not be able to resupply her.
2) That you steal the torch from Aela's inventory. She always pulls it out during the night and it will ruin your ability to sneak. Take it away from her.
