You'd be sacrificing a lot of perk points, at the minimum of a good 7 or more perks, for you to be able to take advantage of illusion. Rather, you can easily supplement this through the Bend Will shout.

I like them together better than I would as separate builds, I think this works really well. But I think of Hircine as more Chaotic Neutral. The alignment system often gives me a headache though. Anyway, you get my like.
