This build was inspired by one of the iconic video game villains from my childhood Jack of Blades from the first FABLE game on the XBOX, some of you might remember the game and for me it was the first RP game I ever played, so this build was a bit personal for me because it reminded me of a lot of great times playing FABLE as a kid and I'm glad it did because that drove me to do my best with this build. Anyway enough of my ramblings and on to the build. (This is not the true Jack of Blades, sorry to all you fans, merely a build inspired by his skill set and personality.)

    Character Build: Jack of Blades

"The Gods and Demons you fear and worship are nothing compared to me!"
    — Jack of Blades

A young arrogant Breton from Wayrest, High Rock once lived with his mentor. The man was very power hungry and would do anything within his capabilities to gain this power. His mentor was a very old mage said to have power that rivals that of the great Telvanni Wizards. The great mage refused to teach the young man anything he wanted to learn about until he learned of the darker sides and the consequences of magic. One day after yet another fight with the mage about not teaching anything practical, he forces the young man to copy every book and scroll the mage has in his library. Late that night as he continued copying scroll after scroll, book after book, the young mage found something. He found ways to use his magical prowess to command and summon other men, mer and daedra alike. Along with this, he learned of a sword, one that would amplify his magic and give him the power he always dreamed of. So later that night, with all patience lost, the young man put his new found knowledge to the use. He finds his way into his mentor’s room in the middle of the night. In cold blood he murdered him and walked away leaving the dagger in the old mage’s back. The mage was of no use to the Breton anymore, he found all he needed. Before leaving High Rock in search of this sword, he decided to test the new powers he had learned. He made contact with the Planes of Oblivion, ignorant of what he has just done; he strikes a deal with the lesser daedra of the realm. With that, a flaming daedra traveled through the newly opened gateway and burned down the house where the man once lived. As the house burned, the body of the man’s once mentor turned to ash. All that remained was the dagger protruding from the ashes, a bound daedric dagger.

    Race: Breton

    Stone: Lord

    Gender: Male

Armor: Mage Hood or Circlet of Illusion until you can get the Nightingale Hood, Solitude Hold Guard Armor, Penitus Oculatus Bracers & Boots, Necklace and Ring.

Weapons: The Bloodskal Blade, Bound Dagger, Bound Bow

Spells/Shouts: Conjure Flame Atronach, Conjure Bound Dagger, Variety of Fear and Frenzy spells, Bound Bow, Call Dragon, Bend Will, Slow Time, Become Ethereal, Unrelenting Force(force without effect)

Stats: Magic 2/ Health 1/ Stamina 2. You'll need a big magicka pool to make sure the early battle is under control and a large stamina pool to abuse the Bloodskal Blade's effect. Health is negligible because you don’t get hit often.

Main Skills: Two-Handed, Conjuration, Illusion, Light Armor

    Minr Skills:o Enchanting, Sneak, Block

    Intro

You are the master manipulator. Through manipulation you will gain the power you dream of. You can appear as the hero the people of Tamriel need or the villain the Daedra want you to be. But in reality, you answer to no one, you are the next ruler and as such you abide by your own rules. With the power of Bloodskal Blade, the reinforcement of the daedric armies and your own cunning, the world is yours to control.

    Perks:

    Level 25 http://skyrimcalculator.com/#312336

    Level 51 http://skyrimcalculator.com/314440

(copy and past these into Google after testing out the links with internet explorer would not show the perks taken)

Sneak: Essentially I try to use it in conjunction with the Bound Dagger to kill the biggest, or only, person first. For role-play reasons, it's kind of like saying "Hey now whose the one in charge?" Because a sneak attack with the dagger isn't silent and will alert people around you, so taking down their leader is pretty symbolic. And not to mention the amazing Shadow Warrior perk.

Block: Using the Quick Reflexes perk while blocking with your sword will allow you to not only slow down time, but when timed just right completely evade an incoming attack from your enemy, thus giving you a larger opening for a counter attack that will either stun the person or kill them. If done preoperly, with the Shadow Warrior and Silent Roll perks with muffled equipment this should guarantee a free sneak attack.

Light Armor: The Windwalker perk is just too good to pass up with this build, and personally I believe for this build light armor has a much better look then heavy. Though I do recommend getting 2 sets of armor, boots and bracers; 1 to enchant with the needed enchantments before getting Extra Effect and another to enchant after getting it. This is lightly perked because you honestly won’t be getting hit much.

Two-Handed: Along with being a master spellcaster this build is an expert swords-man, thanks to the all-powerful abilities locked inside the Bloodskal Blade. This should level pretty quickly given that even the Bloodskal Blade’s energy attack counts towards leveling. Also, some may say Deep Wounds is a waste on higher difficulites, but with The Blade’s high default damage, the energy effect, and the onslaught of your Flame Atronach, it will all add up to pretty high damage.

Conjuration: Since the Flame Atronach is one of your primary spells when starting combat; mastering conjuration to have them not only last longer, but to be able to have two of the fiery demons at the same time is a big help when in combat against a large group of enemies. This is also where you gain power for your Bound Dagger.

Illusion: Being able to warp the minds of your enemies to either run in fear of you or to start killing each other is both extremely funny to watch but also a key part of how you fight, for even the most powerful of foes can be taken down if you use frenzy on a bunch of their comrades, thus making it all the sweeter when you go in for the final blow with either the energy beam from your blade or using the sword itself.

    Enchanting:

    Before Extra Effect:

    a) Head - Fortify Illusion
    b) Armor - Fortify Conjuration
    c) Hands - Fortify Two-handed
    d) Feet - Muffle
    e) Ring - Stamina Regeneration
    f) Necklace - Stamina Regeneration

    After Extra Effect:

    a) Head - Fortify Illusion
    b) Armor - Fortify Conjuration/Stamina Regeneration
    c) Hands - Fortify Two-handed/Fortify Sneak
    d) Feet - Muffle/ Stamina Regeneration
    e) Ring - Stamina Regeneration/Fortify Illusion
    f) Necklace - Stamina Regeneragtion/Fortify Magicka.

All the stamina regen is to make sure you can power attack whenever you want for maximum use of the Bloodskal Blade’s energy beam. The rest is to maximize the use of your spells and allow you to use them at will.

    Combat:

Time to walk you through a couple normal battle scenarios: one for a basic group battle and one for a high level/single enemy fight. Hopefully this will give you all plenty of info on how this build fights so that if or when you give this build a try you can get the most out of the build.

First a basic group battle, you start off by summoning your Flame Atronach, from the shadows, to distract your enemies for you. Next you'll want to use either fear or frenzy on your enemies. It basically depends on what level you are, Fear cost more but works on higher level enemies and Fury costs less but on lower level enemies. If you choose fear, then your atronach and you will have a field day. Flame Atronachs have seemingly perfect aim, this coupled with the wide area of your Blade’s energy attack means a steady flow of damage. If Frenzy is used instead, take a similar approach but utilize Become Ethereal. While Ethereal your power attacks will cost no stamina and this mean you can use the Blade’s energy attack as much as you like as long as you don’t physically hit someone with the sword or untill the shout runs out. Once your illusions wear off open combat should be a synch with your enemies sufficiently weakened.

As stated before, in a final room with a single high level enemy you will want to sneak up on them and kill them with your Bound Daggers. This not only makes life so much simpler because they’re usually bulkier, but it’s likely they won’t be affected by your Illusion spells. After that, proceed with combat as normal.

    Role Play:

As an aspiring ruler you will act as such. The best way to go about being ruler once you get your power is to do what the people want you to do. People like other people who save the world, even if they do not know of your motivations. By defeating the dragons and gaining their respect, you will be one step closer to ruling everything. This also holds true to defeating the vampires, and Miraak. But in order to gain your true power you must go deep into the Raven Rock Mines and locate the Bloodskal Blade, the true source of your power. Finally the ultimate power in the corrupt land of Skyrim, becoming the Thieves’ Guild Master and lisoner for the Dark Brotherhood. This will give you the ultimate source of connections with people around Skyrim and Tamriel along with silencing the Emperor Titus Mede II.

Although there is another side to the story, not just helping everyone. You should kill anyone in your way in order to advance yourself, no matter how innocent or weak. You may commit crimes, but it must go unnoticed in order to keep up your appearance. You will lie and manipulate your way to power. Lastly, you will do anything that results in said power.

And once again this is just a re-post from my former account thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed it as much as i have. And I should once again thank the person that helped me make this build in the first place Oneness and thanks to Zimbu for the screenshots.

I don't get it. Your old build is right here and there seems to be nothing wrong with the post; why bother reposting it?
