My particular thanks in this build go to SillyLilly, whom without this very build would not have been created. Also thanks to Nelaf for creating the NOACC which lead to this build's construction. *REQUIRES DRAGONBORN DLC*

"Miraak was a useful servant. But his time has come to an end. Everyone has their uses, but when we no longer have need for them, what must we do?  Remove their existence. It seems simple enough to me..."

    - Hermaeus Mora tells his Daedra Minion his mission on Nirn.

Daedra are all created by their Lord's hand with a reason. A Daedra's existence is never accidental, there is always an underlying truth behind them. Mora's Shell was a Higher Daedra. It was created to serve. And it was created to kill. Annihilation of Mora's enemies will begin at it's hand. Miraak, the one who once took refuge with Mora wishes to return to Nirn. Your lord cannot have this. Remove him. And take your rightful place.

    The Build

Race: High Elf - Their tall and spindly look creates a perfect being for this masked Anti-Villain. Plus, the Magicka bonus is incredibly useful here.

Major Skills: Conjuration - One Handed - Restoration

Minor Skills: Destruction - Enchanting - Heavy Armor

Stone: Lady Stone - Health & Stamina may be subsequently low during the course of this build.

Ratio: In a scale of Magicka/Health/Stamina, per every 5 levels: 3/2/

    Perks:

(Sorry, it appears that the picture isn't going in, i'll work on it soon.)

Work through this perkspread in the corresponding order. By around level 50 you should have achieved build maximum for these skills.

    Goals:

In a build, I feel it is important to harbour a main goal that sets your character a waypoint and doesn't leave you totally lost. These are the main goals of this character.

    • To complete your Lord's Orders and kill Miraak by wiping his power from the stones that should belong to you.
    • To wipe Miraak cultists off of the face of Nirn. They will serve no purpose in a Miraak-Free world.
    • To retrieve the Oghma Infinium for your lord, his rightful property.
    • To send the Skaal into fear by absorbing their knowledge.

    Gameplay

The entire build revolves around a battlemage archetype. To begin with, work your way through several swords until you are able to kill Miraak and obtain his Sword. I suggest obtaining his sword at Level 45+ as this will max out it's power. The fundamental core of the build is Necromancy, focusing on it in it's plainest form, killing an opponent and reviving them to help slaughter the next.

Destruction magic is also included in the build, particularly I suggest enchanting any swords (Pre-Miraak) to Lightning Enchants. This is the same for when using general Destruction magic as using spells such as Chain Lightning & particularly using Storm Runes (It seemed only fitting for a Herma Mora build).

The endgame gear, as listed below, is Falmer Heavy Armor. This can only be achieved when reaching a certain level and being able to face Falmer Shadowmasters. Otherwise, a full set of Falmer Armor is available in Mzinchaleft. Enchant it particularly with Fire, Ice & Shock absorbs, you will be facing a lot of mage archetypes with this build as most cultists have a magical preference.

    Battle Style

Since the main skills here are Magic-based, range combat should be fairly simple. Using ranged destruction spells in your left hand whilst you brandish your sword in your right will be an extremely useful ally.  As shown in the Perks mark-up, this build shows a strong preference to shock magic, as it drains Magicka and as also previously mentioned, this build fights a ton of mages.

When in closer combat, you may want to stay away from ranged spells. There is no major use of Stamina here, I suggest sticking to the trusty enchantments of shock damage to continue draining magicka. When fighting non-mages, stick once again to ranged combat where possible. Don't forget this is very much a juggernaut build, using Enchanted Heavy Armor to get the best possible resistance. Also, the Lady Stone will help recover your stamina and health as you move along.

    Gear

    1. Miraak's Mask. Standard Enchantments and can be found after killing Miraak.

    2. Falmer Heavy/Hardened Armor. Can be found on Falmer Shadowmasters after death. Enchant with fire resistance, this will be a very important area.

    3.  Falmer Heavy Gauntlets. Also found on Falmer Shadowmasters. You should enchant these with Shock Resistance and/or a bonus in one handed to get maximum effect.

    4. Falmer Heavy Boots. Once again found on Falmer Shadowmasters. Enchant these with Frost Resistance and/or Lightfoot to get maximum effect.

    5. Necklace of choice. Enchant with a Magicka boost to help out in battle.

    Roleplay

One of the fundamental parts of Roleplaying this build is focusing on your connection to Hermaeus Mora. He is your leader, and focus on gaining as much knowledge as possible. For this reason you may be inclined to join the College Of Winterhold as you will have access to their many tomes.

The Oghma Infinium is the ultimate key to knowledge, and therefore having it on you at all times is a sign of power. Also, try to spend alot of time in Solsthiem, perhaps exploring Dwarven Ruins and hoping to find some uncovered knowledge. By finding Black Books you are able to visit your lord's realm, so be sure to collect them all.

    Essential Quests:

    - Dragonborn DLC Storyline

    - Main Storyline (At least up to Horn of Jurgen Windcaller)

    - College Of Winterhold

    - Discerning The Transmundane

    Suggested/Optional Quests:

    - Dark Brotherhood shows a dark connection to the Daedric Overlords.

    - The Black Star may be useful for recharging weapons.

    Special Moves

    Fountain Of Knowledge

Use the Slow Time Shout to see your enemy's next move before laying down a rune right next to them and then moving back to your position.

Slow Time Shout + Shock Rune

    Higher Quickfire

Fire multiple, two handed Chain Lightning at the target before using Highborn to quickly regenerate and reperform.

    Chain Lightning + Highborn Power

So, thank you for reading and I hope you consider this build! And again, special thanks to SillyLilly & our very own Nendir Olaffsen!

Just one tip: check wich spots enchantments can go before posting them. I noticed you put fire resist on armor and shock on gauntlets, something impossible without a hack/mod. I would encourage you to post enchantments, perk spread, and stat spread after you actually tested it and used it(against any foes, preferably different kinds to test survivability)

I have a perk spread and a stat spread...

Agreed. Also, how about Unfathomable Depths (for the 'Ancient Knowledge' perk) and the whole main quest (for access to the Elder Scrolls themselves) for essential quests?

I meant in a "already played" with the stats. Anyone can math up what stats they would get to certain level (very easy) but actually going thru each level and using each perk, one at a time(or lvl) that you can actually understand how to control this Bada**! If somebody ask you, let's say, a gameplay question if you haven't even gotten half-way thru the prerequisites you won't know how to hide them thru the rest of the build. It's a good idea, but it's kinda lacking

Regular Falmer Armor suits it quite well, or perhaps Orcish. :)
