This seems like a build for an asshole. Constantly trolling enemies into corners. Great teamwork tactics.

    Haha totally. Love smashing NPC's.

Sadly I don't think NPC's have perks. Wish they had the option to give them a perk every 5 levels or so.

They most definitely do, but not in the same way players do. Instead of having Armsman and stuff like that they instead use 'Damage Increase (Mutliplier)' perks. I've seen NPCs make use of perks like Rapid Shot, Dual Casting, Ranger, Savage Strike, just to name a few.

Ahh nice, not all bad I suppose, would make sense to have some flavour for them otherwise they are just mules and dps enhancers, rather than an assistant.

Design and Hyperlinked updates, clearer descriptions and images have been also added, more illustration.

    Enjoy.

You definitely get a like from me. This is the sort of fun-build that ppl can pick up and stay entertained just because of the idea of it.

I noticed the list you added. It has some followers that don't use armor, but clothes although skilled in armor (example: Faendal, Anneke, Ahtar...) either you would go unarmored(Ahtar's armor/clothes not available for console users) or use armor on follower and you that matches?

Thats right, so in certain circumstances you would need to pick armor/clothes that you both wear and it can be based off wiki info, however I would suggest not overpowering yourself and the follower i.e daedric armor etc.
