Character Build: The Daedric Princes

    Based on Ponty's 'Paths of the Paladin' i decided to do my own take, on the paths of the Daedric Princes. I will be covering all Seventeen Daedric Prince and their worshipers.

    Azura's Moonshadow

    Azura's Moonshadow lives and breaths for Azura. Being considered as one of the few 'Good' Daedra Azura's Moonshadow isn't cruel or deceitful like the others, She helps those in need and puts people or creatures out of their misery if suffering. The Moonshadow carries the Star of Azura with her everywhere fills it with the souls of the damned to regenerate Her magical sword to in turn, kill the damned. She'll calm hostile but dangerous enemies and put fear in to the hearts of their enemies.

    Recommended Race: Dunmer - Fits best with the lore  and has two of the main skills, Illusion and Destruction.

    Stats: 2 Magicka | 2 Health | 1 Stamina. The Moonshadow casts her illusions allot  and fights on the front lines, she needs high stamina and high health.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: Illusion - Calm and fear your opponents to give you an advantage over them.

    Equipment: Azura's Star, Ebony Sword, Ebony Shield, Shrouded Armour, Shrouded Boots, Shrouded Cowl, Shrouded Gloves.

    Gameplay: Always keep your sword in one hand and your other is free for either and illusion spell or your shield. Help people in need and kill abomination or people suffering in some sort of way. Dont forget to collect souls with Azura's star and use it on your enchanted weapon, enchant your sword how ever you want.

    Recommended Quests/Actions: The Black Star, Dark Brotherhood quest line at least up to Sanctuary.

    Malacath's Scourge

    Malacath's Scourge is a barbaric Orsimer. Like most Orsimer they dedicate their lives to Malacath. This one more so than others, he dedicates his life to killing 'beautiful' people and protecting outcasts. All Orc's, Ogre's, Goblins, Falmer, Trolls and all other Outcast will be protected. All beautiful people can be killed to please Malacath. Voldenrung is Malacath's Chosen weapon of the Fourth Era. It will help you end your foes lives in one quick blow.

    Recommended Race: Orsimer - Fits in with lore and has five of the skills, Two handed, Heavy armor,  Smithing, Block, and Enchanting. Also Berserk allows for you to really reak havoc.

    Stats: 0 Magicka | 2 Health | 2 Stamina - Fighting on the front line hitting heavy the Scourge need high health and stamina.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: Two handed - Hitting hard and hitting wide allows for you to wreak havoc among enemies.

    Equipment: Voldenrung, Orcish Helmet, Orcish Gloves, Orcish Boots, Orcish Armor.

    Gameplay: Running in head first with Voldenrung in both both hands, you'll kill everything in one hit. Remember to follow the Code of Malacath, no stealing or killing or attacking people for no reason (although there is a very long list of exceptions), to you though the Code is only confined to Orc Strongholds and other Orc's, and 'Beautiful' people come under the long list of exceptions.

    Recommended Quests/Actions: The Cursed Tribe, Gain an Orc follower.

    The Scourge beats the living daylights out of his enemy.

    Lycanthrope Of Hircine

    The Lycanthrope of Hircine is a loyal member of the hunt. A Bosmer hailing from Valenwood, she was brought up as a huntress and learnt to hunt all things, from rabbit to elk, man to mer, she just loved to hunt. Then one day she tracked down a beautiful white cougar, best pelt she had ever seen, and in one quick shot from her bow it was down, and out appeared its ghostly form, it was Hircine. She promised to dedicate her life to Hircine and to the hunt, in return to be a werewolf, her wish was given. She now hunts in the name of Hircine, either with bow from afar or with claws and teeth up close, whichever pleases him most.

    Recommended Race: Bosmer - fits in with lore and has skills needed.

    Stats: 1 Magicka | 2 Health | 2 Stamina - Needs high stamina to keep at distance when using bow and high health when up close as a werewolf, magicka is needed for alteration.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: Archery - When not in werewolf form arrows need to be shot from afar.

    Equipment: Ring of Hircine, Saviors Hide, Forsworn bow > Dragon-bone bow, Leather Boots, Leather Bracers

    Gameplay: Fire your bow from afar then when your enemies close in call on your beast form. Follow the green pact, which mean no killing of vegetation or trees, so don't use wooden bows (That's were the forsworn and dragon-bone bows come in), and of course if you use alchemy you cant pick ingredients to use. Cast mage armor before turning into a werewolf for extra protection (All currently equipped armor is unequipped so it works) .

    Recommended Quests/Actions: Ill met by Moonlight, Companions quests until at least The  Silver Hand.

    Knight Of Order

    Your Daedric Prince Jyggalag believes in Order and Logic and so must you. Any one who brings order and chaos to either this realm or Oblivion shall have you to face. One day a young man from the city watch stumbled across his commanding officer Brutally beating up a young girl till she was critically injured for stealing a loaf of bread, he was imprisoned and set free after just one day. This young man thought that this, this was not justice, this was not order, so he killed his commander the second he stepped foot out of his prison cell, and left to keep order and logic throughout the land. Maybe its a bit brutal, maybe its wrong, but its How Jyggalag keeps order and it work for him. Even though you haven't met Jyggalag you'll work in his honor so that one day you might hope to meet him.

    Recommended Race: Nord - Height and weight feels like a Knight of Order and has few of the set skills and race perks.

    Stats: 1 Magicka | 2 Health | 2 Stamina - health and stamina is need to fight on front lines and a little bit of destruction for frost magic.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: One handed and Destruction - Use frost magic on enemies to slow there retreat and gut them with your sword.

    Equipment: Grimsever, Ancient Falmer Armour, Ancient Falmer Boots, Ancient Falmer Gauntlets, Ancient Falmer Crown (If PC).

    Gameplay: Use frost magic to slow down all fleeing criminals and enemies and cut them down with your sword. Bring order to the land by killing all criminals and bandits that you come across in your travels. There will be no thought other than bringing order, love and friendship are off the table, if a companion dies, there dead, not mourning or grieving.

    Recommended Quests/Actions: Retrieve Grimsever, Complete Dawnguard Quest line up to at least Touching the Sky.

    Two Knights Of Order On Guard.

    Nightingale

    The Nightingale is a sworn protector of Nocturnal, in life and in death, to be one of the three is a privilege among gods, but no one must know your a nightingale. In life you live to serve Nocturnals every last wishes, if you are summoned and given a task you carry it out without a seconds thought, with or without your Brothers and Sisters in arms. In death you will serve to protect the twilight sepulcher, will all other Nightingales before you, to protect Nocturnals Place of rest fro thieves, scavengers and even minions of the other Daedric princes.

    Recommended Race: Dunmer - Small and agile but dark race. 3 skills fit in with the race as well.

    Stats: 4 magicka | 1 health | 4 stamina - Needs high stamina to kept quick on their feet and attack fast and numerous. High Magicka is to cast illusion spells to keep you hidden and quiet.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: Archery - No better way to strike from the shadows than with a bow.

    Equipment: Nightingale bow, Nightingale blade, Nightingale armour, Nightingale hood, Nightingale boots, Nightingale gloves.

    Gameplay: First of all cast a muffle then later and invisibility spell before you enter battle, this is Nocturnals way to protect you. Then strike as many arrows into your enemies, fast and precise before any stragglers left get close, then cut them down with your Nightingale blade, and cast another spell to re-enter the shadows.

    Recommended Quests/Actions: Follow the thieves guild quest line all the way till the end, try to travel the roads at night when your protector is with you.

    The Demented Manic

    Born in the Shivering isle, the realm of non other but the mad king Sheogorath, really took a toll on you. In Mania the cheese were mean, they always spoke behind your back and where plotted to kill you, it was time to get out. In dementia, everything started to itch, your nose, fingers, eyes, tail and even your teeth, it was too unbearable and you needed to move on from there too, but where? where would the cheese stay quite, ceilings not fall, plants not eat you and where your teeth wouldn't itch, it was time for you to go to the realm of Tamriel, to Skyrim. Live out your days where you wouldn't be mad, live out your days with your precious precious skooma, and treasure, nice shiny treasure.

    Recommended Race: Khajiit - A mad khajiit is always a funny one.

    Stats: 3 magicka | 1 health | 1 stamina - Considering you wont be entering combat much you only need magicka for your illusion spells.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: Sneak, Illusion and Pick pocketing. Sneak to stay away from the weird people of this world, Pick pocketing to acquire these nice shiny valuables and Illusion in case you get in a bit of bother with the rif-raf.

    Equipment: Chefs hat obviously, Wabbajack, Ebony Boots, and Leather Gauntlets.

    Gameplay: The aim of this build is to acquire nice shiny valuables, usually by stealing them from inside someones home or even from their pockets, and have some fun with them whilst your their, maybe take of their clothes without them knowing, send them raving mad. If combat is needed, either calm them down, or force them to attack another and walk on by, or you could simply turn them into a chicken. And of course, buy, steal, and drink as much skooma as you can, if you dont your intestines will climb up your throat and your eyeballs will pop out and your yoo-hoo may just turn into cheese, that's what Sheogorath said of course.

    Recommended Quests/Actions: Gain Sheogoraths Favor even in this realm and use his Wabbajack to please him. Follow the Thieves Guild quest line up until Scoundrel's Folly and beyond if you want but dont follow the nocturnal quests. Oh and of course, drink skooma!!!

    The Morning Star

    The Morning Star was born on the 13th of Morning Star in an old shack over-run with zombies. Mother and Father both ripped fro this world a beam of light shun down and burnt all the zombies to ash, only a baby boy and a young girls came out unscathed. Growing up the young boy was reminded all the time by his older sister how they were saved on his birthday and he came to realise it was Meridia alone who had saved them that day and trained to be her champion. On his 16th birthday he left for Meridia's shrine to pledge himself, with fire in one hand and light in the other, sword and shield  as well, he was going to pledge himself to Meridia and purge the land of the undead scum that roam it.

    Recommended Race: Imperial - 4 of the 5 skills needed start with a boost and it ''feels right''

    Stats: 3 magicka | 2 health | 2 stamina - Needs high magicka to cast destruction and restoration spells. And a good amount of health and stamina to hold yourself in melee combat.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: Restoration - Heal yourself and allies and deal damage to undead.

    Equipment: Dawnbreaker, Ancient Falmer Boots, Ancient Falmer Gauntlets, Ancient Falmer Curiass, Auriel's Shield, Dawnguard Full helmet

    Gameplay: First of blast ahead with your fire spells to burn the undead, then equip Dawnbreaker and Auriel's Shield and cut and bash your way through your enemies. Repel undead with restoration spells whilst you heal yourself then jump back into the fight.

    Recommended Quests/Actions: Complete Dawnguard Quest line to gain your armour and rid the world of the vampire scum. Retrieve Auriel's Shield. Complete The Break Of Dawn to retrieve Dawnbreaker and for obvious reasons. And Kill all undead and necromancers, the undead need to be purged from this land.

    Nightmares Embrace

    As a young child, you had terrible nightmare's every night, and after some research you found of that the Daedric Prince Vaermina was behind all Nightmares though-out Tamriel, so you decided to pray to her, after your prayer, when you went to sleep you went into Quagmire, Vaermina's realm of oblivion and she was there, after the request she stops giving you nightmares she asked for one thing in return, to do her bidding when she is not around, collect dreams of others and replace them with nightmares, it was all you could do but accept, so when you grew older you went in search of her artifact, the Skull of Corruption, so you could do her bidding. But are you really doing it for respect of the Daedric Prince or Fear, after all she is the most terrifying thing you have ever met.

    Recommended Race: Breton - Start out with the skills needed and can ward off or absorb magicka more easily.

    Stats: 4 Magicka | 1 Health | 2 Stamina - Health and stamina are not needed too much as you are primarily a mage, but alot of magicka is needed for all the spells to be cast.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: Illusion and Conjuration - Fear is your best weapon and you can strike fear through spells or the presence of the undead.

    Equipment: Skull of Corruption, Vaermina's Robes, Mage's Circlet, Thalmor Boots, Thalmor Gloves.

    Gameplay: Sneak around at night to collect dreams, of sleeping people. When you enter battle cast protective spells first like flesh spells and muffle and invisibility, then cast fear into your enemies or  cast spells like frenzy so your enemies attack one another, when the first one is down, raise them from the dead in one hand and conjure a sword in another an jump into battle.

    Recommended Quests/Actions: Complete Waking Nightmare, Complete The College of Winterhold quests or at-least join them. Hunt for dreams at night and fight in the day.

    Mora's Infinium

    Back in Summerset Isle or what is now known as Alinor as a young girl you found books very interesting, and read and read until she had to sleep, then did it all over again, she stumbled upon a book of old, a book from the time of the first Aldmeri Dominion, when Queen Ayrenn fought off the Daggerfall Covenant and the Ebonheart Pact, and the Cyrodilians Under the rule of the Tharns, Queen Ayrenn said one thing in her all famous speech, ''....they lack the wisdom that comes with age...'' and as she knew being only 72 years old she had lots of time left in this world she could gain that wisdom her Queen of Old once had, through the power of Knowledge, and who better to grant that knowledge than Hermaeus Mora, it was time for her to find and contact this Daedric Prince and gain her power in this world, not by wealth or strength, allies or powers, but knowledge.

    Recommended Race: Altmer - The Altmer always seem to think their superior, especially through knowledge, plus they have some skills needed starting with a boost.

    Stats: 4 Magicka | 1 Health | 0 Stamina - Stamina is rendered useless and only used for running, health isn't needed so much as you will be far back and can heal yourself but its always a necessity, and a high Magicka pool is needed for the high amount of spells that will be cast.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: Destruction and Restoration, the best way to show off the two side of you, Evil and Good.

    Equipment: Elven armour, Elven Boots, Elven Gauntlets, Elven Helmet, Hevnoraak's Staff, Staff of Hag's Wrath.

    Gameplay: There are two sides to you; One where you are evil, bring down destruction on your enemies, and summon all kinds of Daedra from all kinds of Realms of Oblivion. And the second where you cast protective spells and heal allies and civilians in need. In battle you take one of the two paths, Bring down destruction on all enemies in your way, or stand back and heal and protect your allies as they do your killing for you. Scrolls collected are to be used, even if you do not yet know that spell or are never planning on learning that spell, the scroll is there to help you. When all else fails and your magicka is low full out your staves and do some real damage at the cost of them running out.

    Recommended Quests/Actions: At least join the College of Winterhold, do the main story up to at least meeting Septimus, then complete Discerning The Transmundane. Collect all scrolls and books to be collected or used.

    Mehrunes Razor

    As a child you had a gift, a gift for killing, you set up your own little business, eliminate all who threatened your village. And it went very well, but it wasn't enough, after killing your enemies with blade and fire, you still hungered for more, so you started burning down their houses, possessions, and soon, their families. Something sick and twisted started to cloud over you were destruction and mayhem was the only answer. One day after running into a cave full of Dunmer refugees and aimlessly slaughtering all of them, one of them was re-animated by Mehrunes Dagon, he offered you his signature weapon and a place in his plane of oblivion after death if your life was spent causing destruction and mayhem in his name, all you had to do is head to Dawnstar, Skyrim. And start your journey from there.

    Recommended Race: Imperial or Redguard - Both start with boosts to the two main skills.

    Stats: 2 Magicka | 1 Health | 2 Stamina - A balance between Magicka and Stamina allows for a fast nimble magic user.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: One Handed and Destruction - Two was of causing havoc.

    Equipment: Mehrunes Razor, Shrouded Hand Wraps, Shrouded Hood, Shrouded Shoes, Shrouded Robes.

    Gameplay: Start combat by summoning a flame atronach and some kind of flesh spell for protection, then equip Mehrunes Razor and a fire spell, sneak into combat or run in and slash and burn everything in your way, do not leave anything alive, burn everything down, take advantage of oil spills and burn them, when things get hot and heavy put a fire cloak on and burn more stuff, if you are loosing health keep fighting, if you have to heal yourself your not worthy of Mehrunes Razor, your not worthy of his favor.

    Recommended Quests/Actions: Either start the Dark Brotherhood quest line or go kill them all, either way you'll cause destruction and mayhem and get your hands on shrouded robes set. Complete Pieces of the past.

    Boethiah's Fearstruck

    Taken as a slave in an underground city to fight in a gladiatorial arena, you spent many years fighting and killing people for your 'Master' in the arena, day in and day out, it was the only life you knew. After the years of fighting you moved on from the traditional sword and shield to a two handed weapon, but even that was too easy, you took to using just fists in the arena and even then, this scared everyone how you could fight like that and was known as the 'Fearstruck' one night Boethiah came to your cell in an animated body of your last opponent, granting you powers to actually cast fear in people, and with that and your fists of fury you made your way out of this city killing everyone in your path, as you got out of this mine Boethiah came to you again asking for you to go to Skyrim and defeat her champion, this you knew you had to do as a thanks to whoever this Boethiah maybe....

    Recommended Race: Orc (Berserk) Khajiit or Argonian (Claws)

    Stats: 1 Magicka | 3 Health | 2 Stamina - A high amount of health because you in the thick of combat for longer than most.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: Heavy Armour and Illusion

    Equipment: Ebony Mail , any Two handed weapon , Ebony boots, Ebony gauntlets, Any helmet with horns.

    Gameplay: If you run into combat with many enemies, especially if strong enemies, cause fear in them with your spells, and run in with your Two handed weapon cleaving, cutting or smashing your way through them, if you feel confident put away your weapon and smash everything with your fists, every one on one even with a Dragon use your fists and everyone will be even more scared of you.

    Recommended Quests/Actions: Complete Boethiahs Calling

    Summoner of Sin

    Alcohol, Sex and Drugs, whats better? A ladies man getting all he wants, drinking, sleeping around and taking that sweet sweet skooma is the life to live, well that's what you think and also the prince of debauchery, Sanguine thinks. Sanguine was your idol, a legend in your eyes, the best a man like you could live up to so it was time you did, why shouldn't you be know as the prince of Sin? Do what ever it is Sanguine asks and gain his trinkets and respect, though you not too good when it comes to combat so do as he does and summon minions from oblivion to fight for you, thats the way life should be right?

    Recommended Race: Breton for Conjuration and Speech

    Stats: 3 Magicka | 2 Health | 1 Stamina - A high amount of Magicka to summon your minions and health in case your enemies got to you.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: Conjuration

    Equipment: Sanguine's Rose and a Full set of Daedric armour

    Gameplay: Summon your minions at the beginning of battle and them with your companion they should do all the fighting your you why you enjoy life, keep your great sword at hand in case you want to jump in battle but sit back and enjoy. Out of battle constantly drink, get off with the other sex and cause trouble.

    Recommended Quests/Actions: A Night to Remember, drink in all taverns and drink all the time, take that sweet sweet skooma when you can get your hands on it and to sum it up in one word... SIN.

    Webspinner

    Once you were high up and respected among the Morag Tong, doing Mephala's Duty and the duty of the Dunmeri people, but it all changed when Red Mountain erupted, The Morag Tong disbanded and said they'd come back one day, but don't know when, so you set off to please Mephala in an other way, by becoming her 'Webspinner' Befriend people with your web of lies and then killing them for Her amusement, with her Ebony Blade at hand, that's how you would please Mephala, but the Morag Tong are back now and there trying to kill you, its time to find out why.

    Recommended Race: Dunmer

    Stats: 2 Magicka | 2 Health | 2 Stamina - A balance between Magicka , health and Stamina for your balanced way of fighting.

    Perk Spread: 20 | 40 | 50

    Skill Focus: Sneak, Two Handed and Destruction

    Equipment: Ebony Blade, Miraak's Robes, Miraak's Mask, Miraak's Boots, Miraak's Gloves

    Gameplay: Sneak around everywhere with you r ebony blade out of its sheath, if your successful at sneaking up on an enemy then stab them with the mighty sword if not rain down fire upon your enemies. Summon as many Spiders as you can from the spider scrolls obtained and crafted. Back up all your melee attacks with the poison that spiders can make.

    Recommended Quests/Actions: Dragonborn Quest-line,The Whispering door, If you have made yourself a friend and got all you can from them, slay them to make your sword more powerf

    I am indeed, i have lots of ideas but getting 17 in-depth builds together is going to be tricky so help would be much appreciated.
