This build actually happened by complete accident. I was playing Henson's The Magician and well ....my magician gave into the dark arts and alchemy.. Summoning and illusioning was not enough to satisfy my thirst for entertainment. And then I was facing the Skull of Corruption quest. I killed a man for the staff. Thats not what a nice entertaining traveling magician would do. I found that through evolution my character became something different....and I embraced it. So here I present The Avatar Of Oblivion

"You deal with powerful forces. Make sure they do not overwhelm you"

    The Avatar Of Oblivion

The build is based upon not directly attacking, yet at the same time not just letting minions do all the work. When you appear enemies do not think they are under attack by an enemy, you lead them to believe oblivion has opened upon their very eyes. Your goal is not to defeat enemies, but to make them understand the power of oblivion. By summoning 2 Atronachs giving a follower the sanguine rose and dressing them in Daedric armor you have an army of 4 following you where ever you please and bringing oblivion wherever you go. Yet at the same time from the shadows release your own lines of poisons and spells to keep you interested in the battle. Something some people might not know is quiet casting effect staves, so while we will not be using destruction magic we can release large amounts of damage output threw staves we find and our given by the Daedric princes. While at the same time not revealing yourself to the enemy. The eye may open, but when 4 oblivion filled creatures are coming at their face no one has the power to stop or even bother to look for you.

Race: Does not matter. I chose a Khajiit because I felt like it. This is all personal preference. All skills can  be maxed no matter the race.

    Major Skills

Conjuration: What is an a summoner without his faithful servants? With 2 ranks in the summoner perk we can throw creatures without even getting into the enemies line of sight. We will also be using the bound bow weapons part of the tree. As your staves will eat up souls and only you get to have Daedra on the battlefield! The bound bow also allows us to applies poisons without attracting attentions to ourselves. As the bound bow is extremely over powered even when we put no perks in the archery tree it will still do a decent amount of damage early game with mystic binding. Allowing you to survive before you can build up an army.

Illusion: Quiet casting is a must have. The rest of the tree oddly enough will serve as your defense. We will not be investing in any armors or alteration. The best offensive is a good defense. If an enemy wanders or gets too close or you are in the wild and and attack by a creature too strong for you calm or fear it. Never run. Face an enemy straight away with your spells. Invisibility also acts as a defense if you have properly muffled boots. It also acts as a form of re positioning With an army like yours no doubt someone will get in the way every once and the while. Yet at the same time you don't want to be running around the battle field trying to get a clear shot. With a call to arms and master of the mind you can even buff your summons!

Alchemy: This is your job. As a master of utility you will be applying poisons with the bound bow. But its more then just poisons of damage. On a very strong boss you might want too apply weakness to magic to increase the damage output of your summons. Invisibility is also pretty high up on the on the illusion tree. It would do you some good to create some potions for it in-case your in a position when you are out of magicka or don't even have the skill yet. Aversion to element potions allow me to take down certain bosses extremely quickly. Also paralyze poisons. Life saver.

    Minor Skills

Sneak: We will want to be sticking to the shadows. We bring Oblivion. We are not Oblivion. We will be investing all the left of the skill tree. With the enemy distracted they never get a chance to find you. Many times I have gotten away with constantly doing double damage with bound bow attacks over and over. Because they never had a chance to reveal me. While you may not think sneak is needed with illusion. It certainly makes you harder to detect. As you can't invisible then bound bow over and over. As casting bound bow reveals you. So it will be needed to maintain constant damage safely.

Archery: While we will not be putting 5 points in overdraw. I invest in only steady hand and eagle eye for better aiming.

Enchanting: While will not be enchanting armor. Many creatures in Skyrim are immune to poisons making them obsolete. So we will be investing in in Soul Squeezer to full our staves.

    Optional

Destruction: While you should not invest in straight damage out skills like Ice Spike. Runes and walls can be used as an Extra Defense and utility While also increasing the uses of your staves. The dual-cast frost rune directly in front of my set up sniping area worked wonders for escapes

Pickpocket: It can help you make a quick buck and let you train alchemy for cheaper earlier. You can also sneak up to enemies steal their weapons back away again and summon. Make sure they stand as little of a chance as possible. I personally enjoy watching them fumble around looking for items as they burn.

    Gear

While it would make sense to use Daedric Armor. Its not like the enemy ever see's you. If they know you exist then you did something wrong. I hung out with the Arch Mage's robes and a magicka circlet and some muffle enchanted boots and alchemy bracers. On a more roleplay oriented build Mythic Dawn robes from the museum in Dawnstar works awesomely.

    Daedra Strategy Information

Think before you summon. Don't assume just because Frost and Storm Atronach is always better then fire because they are higher. Think about the elemental advantages. Understand their AI's and how not to make it destroy you.

Fire Atronach: Very useful in vampire lairs. Yet these are not tanks. Do not throw one up there and expect it attract all the attention too it. It flies back as it attacks so make sure you are not right behind it and it leads all the enemies towards you. This happened. Alot. On Master this means your doom. While the Fire Atronach is the weakest summon most creatures in Skyrim are weak to fire and it has the best range. So it makes up for it.  You want this chick to be backing up as its very squishy. You just want it to be leading away from you. Not towards you.

Frost Atronach: This guy does not do alot of damage. He also is incredibly weak to fire magic. Yet resistant to frost magic. Most creatures and undead use frost magic so what he lacks in damage he makes up in durability. He may do it slowly, but he will usually outlast the enemy. But always make sure to assist him with poisons or staves and try to keep him away from fire damage. He also lacks range and blocks doors extremely easily allowing him to prevent you from poisoning the enemy. However he has much better AoE damage then the Fire Atronach. Making him idea for large fights and tanking. Even if he dies I bet he drained alot of their stamina and magicka in the process and buying you valuable time, but don't expect him to help you much with a dragon. In a 1 on 1 fight you would be wasting alot of his AoE potential.

Storm Atronach: Jack of all trades and master of none. He has good AoE damage and decent tankiness. Flame magic out ranges lighting though. I find if you want him to tank make sure to summon him in the middle of enemies. If not he will repeat Fire Atronach behavior of going back and shooting. If you summon him in the middle of many enemies he also has a burst lighting AoE attack. But never uses it unless surrounded. You want to him to be surrounded. He dies faster the frost atronach but gets off more damage in his short existence due to chain lighting and some unnamed AoE ability that does damage to everything around him. He also does not drain fatigue like the Frost Atronach making him balanced choice.

Dremora: These are my personal favorite. They do lots of damage and they have low health. Although they have freakin deadric armor. So damage means little to them even with the low base health. The sword they have has a fire enchantment. So its better against vampires if he manages to get close range. Which is pretty easy with the summoner perks. The problem is they suck with mobs and aoe. Against alot of monsters they just block and block. Which pro longs their life for about 5 seconds then they die anyway. They also cannot be controlled by dragon priest  This makes them idea for 1 verse 1 boss fights.

The more I think about the more I realized they did a pretty awesome job balancing out the summons.

    Atronach Forge

This is what allows us to make Daedric armor for our follower without smithing. You will need the sigil stone from the Master Conjuration quest to make armor though. But early game you can come here with the right ingredients and make staves for Atronachs we would not get to higher levels. We can do this without the stone. I was able to summon Storm and Frost before I even had the magicka to do it. Allowing for some early game versatility.

    Staff of the Frost Atronach
    1 Broom
    1 Frost Salts
    1 Refined Moonstone
1 Soul Gem (Greater or higher)

    Staff of the Storm Atronach
    1 Broom
    1 Void Salts
    1 Orichalcum Ingot
1 Soul Gem (Greater or higher)

The ingredients from these can easily be stolen from some average alchemy and smithing shops.

    Daedric armor
    Sigil Stone
    1 Daedra Heart
1 Unenchanted ebony armor of the desired type
    1 Centurion Dynamo Core
1 Black Soul Gem (empty or filled)

For when your follower needs some spice. I suggest you start collecting these things before you actually need them and keep em in a chest somewhere for when the Sigil stone is ready.

    Weaponry

I loved the Skull Of Corruption and the Wabbajack. The split second decision to kill the priest for the Skull is what lead to creation of this character. Although I simply used any offensive staff I found around. This is simply decided by luck. Although the Skull of Corruption is assured damage output as long as you fill it with dreams. Which is a simply a cool thing to do it. The Wabbajack will be your job during a dragon fight.

    Role Play

You were just an regular magician who seeks to entertain and amaze but, oblivion had other plans. Daedra after Daedra called for you as their champion and gift upon gift you were given. As a champion of all Daedra and not just one you decided not to represent one or worship them, but to represent the very aspect they are in the universe. Change.

Daedra are not evil, but an aspect of change. The divine represent stasis and stability. Daedra represent the opposite and its your job to spread that. You are not good and you are not evil. You are change. Those options can be seen as evil from a prospective of Men and Mer ,but you care not.  The quest you should go for should be the ones that have the biggest impact on the world of Skyrim. You don't worship the Daedra. You don't have to obey their every whim. Don't feel forced to make the take the Azura's Star or the Black Star. Decide on a whim but, make sure a difference is made. You are not chaotic or insane as that limits you to the realm of Sheogorath. Sometimes you are merciful and sometimes you strike with a quick malice. As long as an impact is made your job is complete but, remember you are still an entertainer! At heart you seek to amaze, just now you amaze with not your power but, the power of the Daedra!

Use your power to change Tamriel for the better! Or the worse.....

You should put that the game is glitched with the atronach forge and making regular daedric boots. You can make them, and pick them up, but when you check they are not in your inventory. Perhaps say get a eenchanted daedric boot. Anyway great first build +1
