by the way the dragons in skyrim are actually wyverns. dragons have four paws while a wyvern has two. nobody(but me) noticed. I thinks its because dragons are just too hard to make.

Plenty of people have noticed. But Bethesda uses their own lore (rather than Arthurian or something like that), in their world dragons use the same wing types as wyverns, ergo dragons in Skyrim are dragons.

Man, you seem to have a lot of confusion about the lore here.  The Dragon Priests led Dragon Cults back in the time before time, when the dragons ruled all Mortal races.  Paarthurnax didn't teach Dragons the Way of the Voice, Thu'um is the natural language of Dragons.  The order He formed was the Greybeards, and there's no association between Him, and the Dragon Cults.  Mortals got Thu'um from dragons, not the other way around.  Only Dragonrend was created by the 3 tongues, to combat Alduin, who wasn't defeated.  Didn't you pay any attention during the main quest?  It comes right out, and tell you all of this, in direct contradiction to the massive retcons you have written here.

At the end of the main quest, Paarthunax decides to search for his dragon brothers and try to teach them his Way of the Voice so they would not continue slaughtering mortals just as Alduin would've wanted. He wants to alter their way of thinking, or as he calls it: their Way of the Voice. It's just a metaphor that doesn't literally involve teaching the Thu'um.
