This is pretty much the build I always default to, one way or another; it has been tweaked over the years, but I always find myself going back to this playstyle based around a bit of tactics and a lot of cheesing it out. Without further ado, please enjoy the tale of

    The Bandit Trickster

Backstory: The Trickster was born straight after the Dominion invaded Valenwood, a time of war and banditry. This suited his family just fine, as his father was a bandit himself. The Trickster wasn't extremely skilled as a fighter, and he had terrible aim, but he made up for these by being as silent as they come, a skill he used to infiltrate trader comes and sweep their riches off of them. It was in one of these night raids that the Trickster came to acquire a Lightning Rune book, and found that people tend to give a healthy amount of respect to wizards, especially if they didn't know how powerful those wizards were. The Trickster, of course, abused the crap out of this, going from gang to gang, talking about his powerful incantations, shocking the feet off anyone who defied him, until his latest outfit got capped in Bruma; he moved north to rebuild, and that put him in the middle of a battle between the Empire and some smelly Nord rebels.

    The Build

Race: Bosmer (this kind of enemy tends to be elves, and I like the Command Animal power for use on mammoths and the like)

Birthsign/ Standing Stone: The Atronach (Magicka Regen isn't very important, and having a 50/50 immunity to magic and some exra lightning juice is useful).

Stats: Bump Magicka up 2 levels so, in conjunction with the Atronach Stone and Destruction Mastery, you'll be able to use Lightning Rune, then 0/1/1

Equipment: Fur Armor (kilt version, because it looks f a b), Fur Shoes, Steel Dagger

This build is supposed to have a "tell you what, how about you start running so I can stab you in the back!" feel, worthy of a mage wannabe like the Trickster. The steel dagger isn't stronger simply because anything better-looking would make it seem like this bandit is well-off, and of course he wouldn't be a bandit if he was rich (ignoring the fact that making money in Skyrim is so easy I literally got enough money to buy two houses within a week of gametime)

    Powers: Lightning Rune, Flames

Quests: Main Quest, Dragonborn, Thane of Falkreath, The Break of Dawn, A Daedra's Best Friend, Ill Met By Moonlight, Lights Out!

    Perks:

    Destruction:

    -Destruction Mastery 2

    -Ionized Path 1

    -Static Field

    -Rune Caster

    One Handed:

    -One Handed Mastery 2

    -Bite Marks 3

    Light Armor:

    -Light Armor Mastery 1

    Sneak:

    -Sneak Mastery 2

    -Infiltrator

    -Sneak Attack

    -Assassin's Blade

    Speech:

    -Speech Mastery 2

    -Bribery

    Lockpicking:

    -Lockpicking Mastery 1

    -Wax Key

    -Locksmith

    -Seen This Before

    Alchemy:

    -Alchemy Mastery 2

    Illusion:

    -Illusion Mastery 1

    -Quiet Before The Storm 1

    Gameplay:

Sneak in, place runes to cover your retreat, then STABBY STAB STAB all those filthy lowlifes, and if found, get a few cuts in to activate Bite Marks then fall back to where your runes are. This is a very simple build, combat-wise.

    Roleplay:

The Trickster's main tool is other people's stupidity; he doesn't deal with the subtle tapestry of politics, because he knows that "gimme yer wallet or LIGHTNING" works just as well. However, when faced with a figure of power and authority, he will resort to bootlicking to get ahead; this includes anything from heavily armed and armored meat mountains and skilled summoners of Aetherius itself to groups and organizations that seem to keep tabs on him (hence why a bandit works for Daedra and jarls; he thinks if he disobeys them they'll have him flayed).

And that's it, really. If you have any suggestions, feel free to comment them (I mean, you would probably do it anyways, that's why we are all here, whatever).

I quite like it, it has that nightblade class feel to it of the old games. I guess I kind of want more, but not exactly sure what I want more of. Possibly more of a journey and storyline as to why this character does what he does, what the end goal is etc. You cover that a bit in the rp section but maybe knowing a bit more about your character and what motivated him would add some extra inspiration and flavour. Also, more pics can't hurt either :)

I actually thought about doing that, but decided against it because it sounded boring. Will probably do it now, of course.

As for the pictures, I couldn't really think of what pictures to add other than "my boy standing all polished next to the cold one manufacture", I'll try to snap some more screencaps on the RP story.
