    The Cannibal

The Cannibal is a socialite with a unique taste in food. He will usually only murder someone if he thinks they contribute nothing to society and leave alone those who are business assets and allies. He is very intelligent and can brew potions to go with his meals as well as poisons for any "inconveniences" that get in his way. He is also a powerful necromancer who does not believe in letting corpses rot (don't want to leave evidence after all).

Race, Standing Stone, Skills & Stats

    Name: Hannibal Lelaude

    Race: Breton

Standing Stone: Lover (early), Atronach (mid-late game)

Major Skills: Speech, Conjuration & Illusion

Minor Skills: Alchemy, Sneak & One-Handed

    Essential Perks (Level 60)

Haggler 1-5, Allure, Merchant, Investor, Fence & Master Trader (10)

Conjuration: The Cannibal does not believe in leaving corpses to rot. When he is done feasting, he will reanimate them to serve one final purpose before disintegrating.

Novice-Expert Conjuration, Conjuration Dual Casting, Summoner 1-2, Necromancy, Dark Souls & Twin Souls (10)

Sneak: Sometimes the Cannibal needs to get away from a scene even too hot for him, he is no warrior and prefers cunning over brute force. He will avoid open combat as often as he can.

Stealth 1-5, Backstab, Deadly Aim, Assassin's Blade, Muffled Movement, Light Foot (10)

Alchemist 1-5, Physician, Benefactor, Poisoner, Concentrated Poison & Greenthumb (10)

Novice-Expert Illusion, Illusion Dual Casting, Animage, Kindred Mage, Quiet Casting, Hypnotic Gaze, Aspect of Terror, Rage & Master of the Mind (12)

One-Handed: If all else fails, the Cannibal can fall back on his trusty dagger. He is no warrior but will use it if he is backed into a corner. He can still swing it with effective accuracy.

Companions: You could join them if you want to receive One-Handed training from Athis, but is not really worth it otherwise. Optional.

College of Winterhold: For the sake of learning better illusion and necromancy spells, the College is a must.

Thieves Guild: Joining the guild would be a benefit to build your business relations across Skyrim as well as give you access to fences who will buy any stolen goods you obtain.

Dark Brotherhood: Not required but highly recommended for the aesthetic of this character.

Bards College: Recommended for the invaluable Speech training.

Dawnguard/Volkihar: You do not need to do this questline, however if you do choose, you have no desire to ever become a vampire.

    Back Story

The Cannibal was born in Jehanna, High Rock. His father was a shrewd and respected nobleman while his mother was the court wizard serving for the leader of the city. He grew up in a fairly good life. He learned about illusion magic and alchemy from his mother and was being groomed by his father to be a politician of his caliber when he reached adulthood.

One night, the Cannibal was woken up by his father and was told to get dressed. He was led outside and he and his father left in a carriage. About 20 minutes later, they reached the other side of town to an unassuming house. He was led inside and they headed to the basement where he was shocked to see someone tied up to an altar by his mother. Overhead was a statue of the Daedric Lord, Namira. His father revealed that he comes from a long line of cannibals who worship Namira. He continued on to say that if he was to follow in his father’s footsteps, he had to kill the victim in front of him. He recognized the man as a political rival of his fathers, someone he also did not like at all. The Cannibal took the dagger his mother gave him and in one quick stab to the heart, the man was dead.

His father was pleased and offered him the first bite. Hesitant at first, the Cannibal ripped open the stab wound and tore off a piece of flesh from the body. The taste was mesmerizing. He dug in deep and started consuming the man’s flesh like a wild animal. His father had to yank him back to control himself. His father warned him that what he was doing here was to never leave the room. It was their family’s secret and would remain as such. The Cannibal, still under the influence of the flesh, acknowledged his father and told him he would never tell anyone.

The Cannibal was able to keep his secret from everyone for many years. It was difficult but he kept it to himself even long after his parents passed away. He kept his low profile going, being as good at his work as a politician as his father was. Then one fateful day, his life changed forever. He was walking the streets when he walked by a young woman. He got that feeling again and this time was unrelenting in its desire. The Cannibal snatched her when no one was looking at took her down a dark alley and slit her throat. He feasted on her uncontrollably until the guards began to hear him. When they caught him and tried to make an arrest, the Cannibal fled. He went home, grabbed a few essential items, and went out the back door and up the eastern mountains into Skyrim. He knew he could never return to High Rock. He had to start a new life in Skyrim and keep as low of a profile as possible. He travelled for days until he ran into a skirmish between Imperial and Stormcloak soldiers and was arrested and carted to Helgen.

    Playstyle

The Cannibal plays like the fusion of an assassin, merchant, mystic and necromancer combined into one. You learned from your mistake in High Rock that you cannot publically kill people and especially not feed on them so he will not do it openly. If you must feed, take a walk across Skyrim and find a bandit too bold for his own good. The Cannibal hates necromancers even though he is one himself. He hates them because he does not like them spoiling perfectly good corpses to feast on. Once you have sated your appitite, you can then use the corpse you just feasted on as a temporary ally. You do not want to use the Dead Thrall spell as you do not want corpses following you back into town. You will sell off any loot you pick up from those you kill and keep close business ties to every merchant in Skyrim. Aside from that, the world is your oyster, or in this case freshly killed corpse. Do with it as you will.

Hmmm, so I have to say that I think the presentation of the build is incredibly clean, just makes it a delight to read and it isn't at all complex or difficult to navigate. Some builds get a bit...cluttered but this build, just very clean. To be fair I do think adding images later on would benefit the presentation, but only small ones like a potion in the Alchemy section or Black Book in that section...not sure, just some little images like that for each section would add a fair bit to the build's presentation without ruining the current style you've got.

On a gameplay relayed note I think you could just talk about the actual gameplay a little more, you've fleshed out the character quite well but I think you've added that at the expense of the gameplay a little bit...Actually I guess at the moment you technically haven't talked much about the gameplay at all which is...yeah a real weakness of the build (though there's nothing wrong with a Character focus, it just needs to be balanced a bit better).

Other then those two small bits, I have to say that the build is really well constructed and the character was pretty dang interesting. Definitely just a nice character and well presented. I think if you fixed up the gameplay and maybe (maybe...) the presentation, this would be a really great build instead of a really good buil :D
