    Hello, everyone!

YiXiang here with my first Workshop Spotlight for all y'all. I'll be doing two a month - one build, one non-build - and, well, let's just get started, shall we?

    Vargr The Creator: Vargr White-Tree

Faction Profile:  The Druids of Galen

You know when a build just gets so big that it's become a giant wall of text? Evidently, Vargr's build hit that point, and rather than delete his hard work, he decided to branch off into a separate project altogether, giving birth to his faction profile.

And so, without further ado, I bring you the Druids of Galen:

    Guard the bones of earth

    Replenish the waters of life

    Hide the roots of power

    Quell the flames of strife

    - "The Oath of Galen"

In essence, the Druids of Galen are a group of people who worship a combination of deities from various beliefs:  Kyne, Namira, Y'frre, and Hircine, though the specifics of said worship differs between individual members. Their aim is that of absolute unity with their natural surroundings. Unlike the popular interpretation of "Druids" (nature magic-users), the Druids' ranks include warriors like Aela the Huntress. While not exactly lore-friendly, the Druids of Galen seem like they could very well exist within the world of The Elder Scrolls.

Perhaps more important than the profile itself are the possibilities revolving an ambitious project like this one. Vargr himself seemed very receptive of the idea of using his profile as the base of your own project, so there really is little to no reason to take a gander at the profile - after all, it may very well jump-start your own project. Just be sure to ask if you're basing it off of his wholesale, yeah?

So take a hike over here and give ol' Vargr's work a gander. It may very well awaken the Skyrim-hippie within you. It certainly worked for me.

Yo, great feature Wu, the only thing I would do is make sure that Vargr meant that as a general comment instead of just towards me, it seems like it could go either way but I think it'd at least be polite to check (and maybe add in that people should check and not just go off and start popping up with ____ of Galen everywhere).

Other then that tiny detail (which could've been pointless of me to add) I really dig what you've done here and can't wait to see the next one.

Fixed that. I meant that he seemed receptive of the idea of basing something off of it (not necessarily taking the idea on the surface), but I can see how my wording was unclear. :/
