Suggestion Box

Lol I don't know what the argument has been about but here's a simple solution. We run the off-site poll (maybe give it a box on the front page) until Paul's ready to post one on the main page and then pick the top 10 choices... Seems simple enough to me, but Paul this isn't about what game should get its own group, just what games members of the site would post content for this group

What we're interested to find out is whether there are any games that are worthy of being added to the roster of the games that this site officially supports (alongside Elder Scrolls and Fallout) So, if there are games that meet that threshold (and we won't know if there are without a poll and comments) then they'll get their own group (assuming there is a willing host).

Everything else will go in The Game Corner. - even games that very few people play. That way, every game can be talked about, but games that have widespread support will be pushed more to the fore.

But, yeah, I can take the poll contenders from your poll, no problem about that

I know Paul, but that's not what this discussion would have been about for most of those involved, I'd imagine that the others are focusing on it purely about how it effects the group. But yes, I do certainly agree, this poll would be excellent for that, but I think it'd work better to pitch it as asking whether people enjoy the game/would create content for it, but not at the moment whether it should get it's own group. We've still got a lot of people who dislike the idea, but would be happy to create content if it's still here.

Same response and content, just worded differently so we get more people involved.

That was my pitch  no need to tell me about it, and I didn't think there was an official decision made there, but still if you're definitely set on that then that's great.

Anyway, fair enough on what you've said, and I might message you in the next couple days about my Hosting Arrangement and whatnot.

I feel like everyone's saying basically the same thing in different ways...

Just a quick suggestion regarding the tag list. It might be a good idea to link to any of the tags that actually have content in them. Just so it doubles as an archive for tags and a description of them

So I've noticed people have been asking whether this or that is a game we can post content for and I'd hate to see people lose their content after posting because it was deemed unsuitable but you guys (Raid and Bonelord) had never seen their comment asking...Could I suggest either creating a "Can we create for this" kind of discussion or just giving a blanket, "if the creators call it an RPG, we will too" kind of rule. Either way I think there needs to be an easy way of asking without it being swept up by comments.
