Hello wastelanders, DeltaFox here with a brand new build! You heard it right, a new build! I know, I didn't make a build for a long time, so I decided to make one for the Arms & Artifacts CB Event. This build came into my mind after I realized that I didn't use shotguns in FO4 that often so I decided to change my playstyle. This is a classic raider build, so don't expect anything: "WOW!" You really can't do much in the way of bad guy builds. It's like having a Canadian rob you: "I need the money, I'm sorry." Anyway, this is a small build. I need at least 35 levels to make a good build with Nuka World. Enjoy.

    "Nice neon signs, right?"

A raider was sitting in the corner, his hands tied to a radiator. He was watching in horror as his friend was being beaten. They have been trying to lose this guy for weeks now, but he always managed to find them. Now, he captured them. He wasn't very nice.

"Where is it!" the man asked. The raider was terrified. "I don't know!" the raider responded as he started crying.

"Hey, hey. It's okay. Grown men can cry. Shhh." the man said as he slit the raiders throat. The raider bled out quickly.

The man walked up to the tied raider. "Same question." he said.

"I don't know, but, if you let me go, I can give you my cap stash. You can buy a new one." the raider said.

The man sat down. "Do I look like I want a new one."

    "No." the raider responded.

"Do you know who I am?" asked the man.

    "Yes." said the raider.

    "Say it." responded the man.

"Fusil. Le Fusil." the raider said.

"The full name!" yelled the man.

"The Terrible Le Fusil! The Terrible Le Fusil!" said the raider as he started shaking.

"Gonna ask you one last time." said the man as he stood up. "WHERE! IS! MY! GUN!?"

    STATS:

Strength - 4: Only four points in strength is enough to control the kick of Le Fusil. The carry weight is not that important.

Perception - 3+BH: Perception is not that important, seeing as you'll run up to the enemy. Bobblehead never hurts tough.

Endurance - 6+SB: Seven points in Endurance is important to keep you alive. Remember, you're gonna be running towards the enemy and soaking in a lot of damage.

Charisma - 6+BH: Seven points here makes sure that you always get the best deal when taking on jobs.

Inteligence - 5: Being smart is a good thing. Especially when getting through locked terminals and such.

Agility - 3: Better VATS accuracy. Sneaking is also good when you have to get closer.

Luck - 1: You don't need luck, you have ammo.

    PERKS:

Armorer 3/4: This perk is needed to upgrade your armor as much as possible. A lot of damage will be taken.

Attack Dog 3/4: Dogmeat can be sent ahead to pin down enemies as you get closer to finish the job.

Gun Nut 2/4: Altough it's a great gun, Le Fusil can be upgraded with a better stock to control the high recoil and with a bayonet for better melee damage.

Lady Killer 3/3: Female enemies and quest givers are plenty in the game. This perk will help.

Life Giver 2/3: Another no-brainer. More health.

Local Leader 2/2: Being able to build a HQ and maintain it with workbenches and ammo factories is important.

Lone Wanderer 2/4: Best perk ever with Dogmeat.

Medic 2/2: For some quick patch up in the field.

Rifleman 3/5: More damage with Le Fusil. What more can you ask for? One shooted Kellogg.

Scrapper 1/3: Finding more parts in scrapped weapons.

Toughness 1/5: A little damage resistance. Again, no-brainer.

    GAMEPLAY:

When it comes to combat, use Dogmeat to pin down enemies with long range or heavy weapons. That will give you some breathing space as you run up to a better position to make a clear shot. Try to score headshots as much as possible for higher damage and to take out enemies quickly. Heavy weapons are a priority in taking down.

Roleplay is simple. Rob caravans, take out enemy gangs and set up small shelters with the amazing Conquest mod. One or two huts will do the trick. Give settlers raider armor. Set up ammo factories in key settlements. Le Fusil eats up ammo like crazy. I highly reccomend the Combat Zone Restored mod. Gives you a chance to fight in the ring and make some caps.

I decided not to do the main quest. You have no interest in the main factions. Might want to take over the Atom Cat garage and take all their power armors. Take on mercenary jobs here and there. Help Bobbi No-Nose in the big dig. Show Hancock not to mess with the raiders. Kill Jack Cabot. You want a homicidal maniac on your side. Try to finish quests in your favor only. Kill the Mechanist and take over his robots. Killer robot army, anyone?

Awesome job Delta, though isn't that stereotyping Canadians a bit? Great job Delta

It was just a small joke. I'll remove it if anyone finds it offensive. Anyway, glad you liked the build.

I can't tell you how much I love that you made this reference. I like the straightforward, bloody nature of this build. Hard to go wrong with shotguns. Even harder to go wrong with spreading mayhem with said shotgun.

Did I hear someone say shotguns AND Dogmeat?

    Cause sign me up.

I love this gun, this and Justice, I think, are my favorite weapons in the game, barring a legendary double-barrel. Thank you for doing a fitting homage to a gun I adore.

Many smiles from the Long-Chappa right now. And perhaps some squeeeing because PUPPY!
