I will be taking part in this event.   First Question:  Would an Unarmed power armor build be acceptable, IE: Could the Power Armor be considered the 1 weapon?   If not, thats fine, I have a couple other ideas too

I'm ok with it. I thnk it's unique and you can augment the damage of the unarmed use so yeah it's a weapon

OK, so I wanted to wait until I had the germ of an idea before committing to this one

I now have that idea, so put me down for 'The Fisherman', a role playing build for Far Harbor based around the unique 'Fish Catcher' weapon

Updated the main page, that sounds awesome Paul! I can't wait for a vats melee build, I hope your build plans to use blitz because blitz plus an angry old fisherman rushing you with his massive hook sounds terrifying and awesome!

Sorry, but I'm gonna have to withdraw from this. I like the event and I like the idea I had, but playing FO4 made me remember why I stopped playing it. I just can't get into it anymore. I'm just gonna stick to my Skyrim builds.

No worries Aegar, good luck with your Skyrim gameplay!

This is the best place I could think of to ask for some tips since its primarily related to this Event.    Anyways, so, for the people making their builds around melee weapons, how are you getting around the turrets that are in "hard to" or "nearly impossible" to reach locations using only the one weapon?  While the Unarmed PA is fun, Im noticing I have some slight trouble in dealing with mainly turrets that are in hard to reach locations for unarmed distance.  The Jetpack would obviously mitigate this, but its not something you can get particularly early on, so in the spirit of this build (the micro-build), its not a good choice to handle this issue

Followers with ranged weaponry would help you. Explosives as well. If you can use a computer terminal to shut down Turrets in most locations, I would. And I appreciate the question, my next build for the event is melee. Total hack magazines may also help. Sneaking builds can also not trigger them if they are hidden enough. Jet, can slow time so you can avoid them. I've not played a mission yet where not killing a turret results in mission failure. Usually you just have to kill the final boss and you're fine if enemies are left behind.

Hmm, thats a good point, my character is on the smarter side anyway, so I think I'll go with the Hacking and shutting them down route, thanks
