Welcome everyone to my newest build for New Vegas. I spent some time thinking what build would best fit into this game and I have found it. Ladies and gentleman, I present to you:

    THE MOBSTER

"Give them an offer they can't refuse."

New Vegas, the city of sin. Even now, 200 years after the world ended, crime family's stand high above the scum of the people. Three family's control New Vegas. The Chairmen, The White Glove Society and The Omertas. They all covertly fight for control under the watchful eye of the King of Vegas, Mr. House.

Several years ago, Mr. House made a deal that few could refuse, and those that did were quickly eliminated or driven away. But the Three Family's went to eliminate House and take complete control of Vegas.

In Goodsprings, a man has came back from the dead and he has set his eyes on New Vegas. Will he help Mr. House in destroying the Three Family's or will he take out the opposition and take control of Sin City.

    That SPECIAL someone:

Strenght - 6 - Be strong and defeat the family's.

Perception -4 - The battles will be in the casinos, you don't need to look far.

Endurance - 6 - The path of the mobster is hard, you must endure.

Charisma - 8 - Your greatest weapon is your tongue.

Intelligence - 6 - Mobsters are smart and tactical men.

Agility - 4 - You move terrifyingly, not fast.

    Luck - 6 - I hope you're lucky.

"I'd like you to meet Tommy."

    Skills and tags:

    MAJOR SKILLS

Guns - The Tommy - Gun, a gift from hell.

Melee - You've failed me, that will cost you a finger.

Unarmed - You need your hands to conduct bussines.

    MINOR SKILLS

Medicine - Sometimes, Tommy kicks back. Put some gel on it.

    Speech - Let's talk bussines.

    TAGS

Claustrophobia - We don't want any blood in the office.

Four Eyes - Protect your eyes.

    "I hope you like diving."

    Perks:

Black Widow/Confirmed Bachelor - You need one bullet, two in my case.

Intense Training 5/10 - You have a gym in the house, use it.

Rapid Reload - The drum has a lot of bullets but you should load faster.

Travel Light - Get to the meet spot as fast as you can.

Action Boy/Girl - Take down more of them.

Grunt - You better learn how to use that gun.

    Equipment:

    - Benny's Suit

    - Maria

    45. auto Submachine Gun

    Gameplay:

    Combat

Approach the enemy like their one of your employes. The one's that failed you. Take out the 45. auto and spray them with bullets. Once you use up the entire clip, take out Maria and enter VATS. Take out the survivors of the shootout.

If you ever saw a mafia movie, you know the drill.

    Roleplay

You are the King of Vegas. Act like it. Spend your time on the Strip and your apartment in the Lucky 38. I reccomend downloading some mods that can improve your stay in Vegas. Always wear your suite when your outside and send a message to the other family's by takong out their members and stopping their operations. Travel to the various bussiness around the Mojave and shoot up the shops but leave the owners alive. They wook for you.

    Quests

When it comes to quests, join the Powder Gangers, Great Khans and the Kings. Wipe everyone else out. It's your choice if you want to join House or rule Vegas by yourself.

I hope you like the build and enjoy playing it. I had a blast testing it and it's truly a roleplayers build. See you next time. Bye bye!

Thanks! I'm was doing research on Fallout 4 to make a build for it as I haven't played it yet.

When I got the idea for this build I decided to stay at New Vegas as the build was more suited for it then FO4.

Nice build, but just an FYI, you'd want the grunt perk, not cowboy. Cowboy affects lever action guns and revolvers, grunt affects 9mm and 45 pistols and submachine guns
