Hello there, my latest character is a Dead Horse tribal who left his tribe (and Zion). But I can't find a proper backstory. (because Honest Hearts' NPCs gonna treat me as an outlander, a stranger.)

Can anybody help me with this little roleplaying problem?

(And I'm always accepting a proper tribal build <3)

    Thank you.

Hey Anemoia, this is Probs, the host of the Hub. Your question is great! Next time, make sure to ask this sort of thing at the link Motty has posted, but I'll answer this one here for ease of access and to make things not so complicated. First off, including the name makes things so much easier, and basically gives you two plausible options. The first is that he is just so old (you could pull this off based on his appearance) that whenever he left the Dead Horses was long enough ago that younger tribals could not remember him. The second option is a bit more interesting. If you look at his name, you could say that he was a messenger for an important tribal, so maybe he delivered the "wrong" message? What I mean is, maybe there was a feud between several tribals, and he got caught in the middle of it. His reward for doing his job was exile, because the tribal he supported lost. Now, everyone has tried to forget who he was.

Hope this helps. If you need anything else, message me or post on the Lore Questions thread.

    Hi everyone!

I am really torn between deciding which of two builds to play, Mason's Heretic or Rise of the Fallen. Could someone nudge me slightly towards one?

Maybe you want the Skyrim Build Recommendations instead? But yeah, Rise is the nuts. They both are, but Rise edges it for me.

Hey folks! I fall into the same trap with Fallout 4 that I do with Skyrim--I make a character, get it to level 15 or so, then reroll. I want a really fun, UNIQUE character. I don't want some stealth sniper, beause that's just no. I don't play on survival mode, and I do use mods (on PC), so as long as it's not game breaking or anything, that's fine by me. I tend to play on hard/very hard cause I like the challenge (but Survival just isn't for me).

My last playthrough was a power armor user mixing automatic rifles with melee blitzing, and I had a blast. I've also played Mason's Invictus build (with my own personal kinda spin) and it was *amazing*. As long as it's not those two specific types of builds, I'm open for anything. (I do tend to like power armor though hahah).

Thanks for all the awesome stuff you do here!

ETA: Oh yeah. I should mention, I really don't want builds focusing on companions. They drive me *crazy*. I will almost always pick up the Lone Wanderer perk because it's just better. I'm not opposed to part-time companions (like say, to pick up one of their affection perks, if it's related to the build).  Also, i'm not afraid of roleplaying a character. It's kind of a pita to do in Fallout 4 because your "bastard" choices are pretty slim pickings, but yeah. Thanks again!

Hey Archloryn - hmm so the one that came to mind was Raid's Supersoldier which has the unique task of running on Low HP for most fo the game, which actually makes him powerful. You can calso check the Archives and use the Power Armor Tag to see them all. let me know and we'll find something to hold your attention :)

Sounds like their could be several build options for you but I will plug my Atom's Bulwark build which has a nice but lighter roleplay, some very interesting and strong endurance perks so you will feel like you are wearing power armor without any, -very- solid damage either semi auto or full auto to taste. A very tanks solid build with some nice stats, very scary damage, and I think Far Harbor DLC kicks ass. Check it out, I'm sure others will have suggestions too. https://tamrielvault.com/groups/topic/view/page/1/group_id/14/topic_id/7640

Is dabbling into the supernatural as a radiation shadow melee demon unique enough for you? :D Meet The Atom Witch!
