This is my first Fallout 4 build, I hope you enjoy it. It is based off of the Scout class from Team Fortress 2. I will make many builds based off of the classes from TF2. The Scout is originally from Boston so I decided that it made sense to do him first.

     The Scout

Say goodbye to your kneecaps, chucklehead. ~Scout

    The Build

This build is a close quarters build with the weapons being a shotgun, a bat, and a pistol. I wanted to create something that truly is the Scout. The play-style should be played as a run and gun kinda person. In dialogue you will pick the sarcastic choices to match his sense of humor. You will also be joining the Railroad to get Ballistic Weave and the Deliverer pistol.

    S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

Strength- 8 You will need a lot of this for your bat and for Ballistic Weave

Perception- 3 (+1 from early bobble head) This will put you at enough for the locksmith perk

Endurance- 1 The Scout isn't exactly durable, due to him having the lowest HP in the game.

Charisma- 3 This is for the Lone Wanderer perk since you will travel without a follower

Intelligence- 2 (3 with SPECIAL Book) The Scout isn't the brightest thing there is

Agility- 6 This is to simulate the fast movement of the Scout in TF2

Luck- 5 This is for the Idiot Savant perk so you can still level up at a decent pace

Pretty good for a start. Adding more gameplay, quests, role play, etc will really help this build.

Hey there Grognak's Blood and welcome. I think you have a decent start here, but we really need more to get it up to par. Please check out this post - http://tamrielvault.com/group/fallout-character-building/forum/topics/fallout-4-character-building-template-wip Which provides guidance for Fallout builds posted on the site. Suggested additions & Improvements: 1. Gameplay 2. Roleplay 3. Quests 4. Artwork Of more concern is what Raid alluded to - we ask that you've play tested builds before posting and you've alluded to not really knowing what level the character builds out at. Maybe the Workshop is a good place to relocate this until then. Hope to see you keep working on it and building more!
