Emer's Note: This entire build is all saved onto one large image (I'm not a professional photo editor, so it won't be perfect. Sue me.). The point of that is so you can view the build even when you don' have an internet connection by simply saving the picture to your computer or mobile device. I wanted to see if it would work, and I think it does (but I'm sure you'll tell me if it doesn't ).

I'd also like to extend a big thanks to Motty Skills and Golden Fool for helping me with the perk spread and S.P.E.C.I.A.L.s layout! Now let's get to it!

Very cool build. I like the whole water feel to it. It is so unique compared to like a skyrim build with assassin and sneak and stuff. +1

Love this build and the armor + weapon combo. The concept of a ghoulified diver is awesome too

Bid Daddy! Nice, I was always thinking that BioShock and Fallout are somewhat close to each other, so the transision of concepts shouldn´t be really difficult. And this one looks great.

    Also that picture thing...brilliant!

I'm glad you like it! It's very fun to play, and there's nothing cooler than one-shotting an enemy with a huge harpoon!

If you decide to give the build a try, let me know what you do differently! I love seeing the different paths people take.

I've actually never played the Bioshock games, so I don't really know the parrallels

Aw it's so good, you should check them out some time.

So I don't have anything really constructive to say, especially as I am unfamiliar with Far Harbour (and pretty much Fallout in its entirety) but I can say that I really like this format and presentation. It is a visual treat and the in-universe back story via "transmition" (that's computer logs, right?) is damn cool! Is it from the game or your own? Either way it is an interesting thing and sets the mood nicely

The "tranmissions" are transcripts of audio logs recorded while the Lost was underwater, and they're my own. I'm glad you liked them!!
