Well everypony, time for my third Fallout 4 build. Combining Ballistic Weaved clothing, a badass look, a mix of gunplay and hand to hand combat, coupled with chems and some perks, I’m proud to bring forth my Falloutized version of everyone’s favorite Resident Evil villain, Albert Wesker....

You were part of an experimental research corporation for the U.S. government, known as Shade Corp. You aided in the creation, and testing, of bioweapons, ¨super soldier serum¨, new weaponry, and the like. Through guile and a little backstabbing, you eventually became one of the chairmen. You volunteered to be injected with a modified FEV strain. You remained more or less human, albeit with regenerative abilities, enhanced senses and reflexes, increased durability, enhanced speed and strength, and a category of other abilities, bolsted by chems. You joined the military to hone your combat prowess. You were tasked with ¨marrying¨ a lawyer who had been investigating Shade and its..less than ethical experiments, to keep an eye on her. You were also tasked with siring a child, one who would have even a fraction of your abilities. The plan succeeded, and after the bombs fell, you have one goal ahead, rebuild Shade corp, and recover your spawn....

The Mutated Operator utilizes a fairly balanced set of SPECIAL stats and perks associated with them. Any low ones can be boosted by investing perk points, using Dogmeat to duplicate the You’re SPECIAL book you find in your old house, or Bobbleheads.

Strength-Strength will be fairly important to the Mutated Operator.  Not only will it boost our overall carrying capacity, always useful, but it also unlocks Iron Fist, Armorer, and other useful perks, alongside boosting melee/unarmed damage.  We’ll want to cap this at

Perception-This stat, while not overly important, is still quite useful. At its basics, it will allow us to get the Lockpicking perks, and makes our accuracy in VATS better with our handcannon.

Endurance-A fairly important stat in the build. More health and resistance is always good to have. You can use the Bobblehead, Your SPECIAL dupes, and some perk points in here in order to get, at least, Adamantium Skeleton and some other nice perks.

Charisma-One of my absolute favorite stats in Fallout 4. Not only does it allow you to do speech checks easier, it, at its core, unlocks some pretty swaggin perks. It also boosts the number of settlers you can have at a settlement. Local Leader is an awesome perk, allowing you to build workbenches at settlements, and increases revenue. Granted, I decided to rebuilt Shade Corp. was in Sanctuary, due to the number of ready made homes there, though places such as The Castle (With it being fortified already), or Spectacle Island (Lots of raw material and space, as my Shadow Operative shows), work well. You should try and build a wall around your settlement, some defenses, and, if you are using Sanctuary, scrap one of the destroyed homes, and build your home/lab on the foundation.. On an RP/backstory note, what corporate exec isn’t charismatic?

Intelligence-Possibly the most important stat to this build. Intelligence, at its core, will allow you to gain more XP when you complete a quest, kill an enemy, pass a speech check, etc. Alongside that, it allows you to gain some awesome perks, specifically, Chemist, which will boost our chems’ longevity. On an RP/backstory note, what government researcher isn’t fairly intelligent?

. Agility-More AP and sneak ability always helps. Plus, with the certain chems, such as Jet Fuel, will not only boost your current AP, but also the regen rate. If you grab Grim Reaper’s Spirit in Luck, killing an enemy will have a chance to not only refill your AP, but your Critical Meter at Rank 3. It also unlocks some nice perks.

Luck-While not the most important skill early on, it allows for some awesome perks later on down the line. For instance, Grim Reaper’s Spirit, allowing each kill to have a chance to refill your AP, and your Critical Hit meter, alongside the awesome Bloody Mess perk.

I wanted to do my best to recreate this awesome fight scene. You’ll want to pick up a 10mm Pistol, simple enough as you’re guaranteed to find at least two or three in Vault 111, alongside a Switchblade, one can be found next to a Chem Cooler, a Nuka Cola Bottle, and an Upper Skull on a small table on the main staircase within the Museum of History. You should also grab some knuckles, which can be found, though it's not guaranteed, on some of the Raiders you shot your way through on the way to Preston.

Your outfit, starting from Sanctuary, should be a pair of glasses you find on the Overseer’s desk in Vault 111, and the Drifter outfit you grab from the dead Raider across the bridge in Sanctuary. Speaking of which, if you go across the bridge, and head left along the coast, you should eventually come across a fusebox. Activate it, and follow the cable attached to it. In the large fuse container are several cap stashes. Close to it should be a skeleton, with some .44 ammo, and a snub nosed pistol, take both.

From here, you should do your best to make your way towards Goodneighbor. Head to the Memory Den, and complete the quest there for some XP, and to get to know Dr. Amari. Head to Diamond City from here, or, if you hit Bunker Hill on your way over, Cabot House. Once you reach the quest The Secret of Cabot House, in that quest chain, you should choose to free Lorenzo. True, while we miss out on the neat Lorenzo’s Artifact weapon, you do get the occasional Mysterious Serum.

During that quest, you should have gotten a Deathclaw Gauntlet from one of the Raiders. You can sell or toss your Knuckles out. From now on, this brutal beauty will be your unarmed damage dealer. Add the Extra Claw mod for added kick.

You’ll want to shoot up on some Mysterious Serum, Buffjet, Pyschojet, Fury, Pyschobuff, Ultrajet, and some Overdrive, if possible, before a battle. Trust me, combined with the damage increasing perks such as Iron Fists, or Gunslinger, coupled with Gun-Fu or Blitz, will plus the base damage of your weapons, will allow you to do INSANE amounts of damage. Trust me, by the end of most fights, I was surrounded by corpses, and you will feel like a god of war, also known as Ares and or Kratos. Using an upgraded Deathclaw Gauntlet, with an occasional frag grenade or pistol shot, it was so fun to mow down mooks, and lose little health, or even regain some during battle.

Rarely used, though every once in awhile, was the Syringer Gun. Having the chance to paralyze and opponent, or have a Bloatfly pop out of them when they die is oddly fun.

Your final outfit should be a Ballistic Wave V5´d Courser Uniform, and Patrolman Sunglasses. You can obtain a Courser Outfit via following the Main Quest, and Patrolman Sunglasses can be found in several areas, mostly Police Stations. I believe you can find a pair in Cambridge Police Station if memory serves, as well as Fort Hagen. If you don´t like the Courser Uniform, for whatever reason, then the Silver Shroud outfit is a good replacement.

The first, and ONLY¨special move¨ of this build. In fact, its probably the only special move this build needs, period. This will take a bit of collection though. You´ll need to make Buffjet, Pyschobuff, a Nuka Cola Quantum, Fury, some Med-X, and optionally, some Mysterious Serum. If you take these together, combined with Iron Fists, and your upgraded Deathclaw Gauntlet, and the resistances from your Courser Uniform, plus Grognak the Barbarian comics collected, you will be neigh on invincible for a about 40 seconds, enough time to clear most rooms. Throw in Bloody Mess, and there´s a chance most kills will end up with your foes tiny, visceral chunks strewn helter skelter.

    Roleplay

    • If you say anything ¨nice¨ or ¨friendly¨, it is a lie.

    • Try and be either cold and calculating, or sarcastic in your dialogue, insult and condescend those beneath you.

    • Do not accept belittlement, and kill those who have, if possible, or threaten them at least.

    • When you drink, drink only Wine or Bourbon, none of that putrid swill like beer or whiskey.

    Thanks

Thanks to Golden Fool for the awesome Perk Spread. And thanks to Capcom as well as Shinji Mikami for the awesome Resident Evil series, and making one of the best Capcom villains in Albert Wesker.

Pretty cool man. I'm not overly familiar with the source material, but a chemmed up villain makes for a lot of fun around the wasteland. One question- did you have a suggested final SPECIAL? I mean I sort of get it based on the chosen perks, but might help to have it listed.

Pretty sure they patched the Dogmeat Duplication Glitch... so no more ridiculous stats... makes me sad, but it had to be done.

    Good work Chris!

Looks like a very detailed build! Never noticed how much Wesker looks like Duke Nukem! Lol...

I think (as a group) we could do with discussing a better way of presenting the format of our Fallout 4 builds, especially the SPECIAL section, I've been working on a few more artistic ways of doing it that I'm hoping will catch on.

Only just logged on today and the current poll has definitely helped explain why we're having so many problems here.....40% of the people who come here haven't even played it yet, and 50% of the site are either still playing it or waiting on the DLC/Survival...

Looking at how detailed survival mode is looking I honestly feel that we've only been given half a game! Makes me almost wish I'd waited...

It still works but it's super touchy now. Like with the mysterious serum I got it to work about 1 in 10 tries. Which is about what other youtubers are saying. So yeah - you have to decide if it's worth the time, patience and annoyance. I bailed on trying for most items.

Hmm the poll is interesting. Maybe there's hope for more involvement. Though I wonder what % of the 40% that didnt play...won't ever?

Hah, I think its the hair style. Fallout 4 still has untapped potential Mason. Heck, a build I´m currently running acts and looks a bit more like the Duke, except less crudeness, and less muscular, cause you can´t get Ahnold ripped in this game.

Yeah, which is quite of sucky, but it makes achieving it all the more sweet
