I agree. I only bought one from a dealer :D It just fits so perfectly with this build that I had to mention it :D

Let me guess Mason, when finding the images for this build you searched for "Cyberpunk" on google / pinterest / devianart?

Haha great build regardless. Easy +1 as always xD

I like it - was getting bored of FO4 but I'm going to give this build a try. Orange Mentats addiction is a nice touch.

I was going to make a note about mentat addiction...

    -1 to charisma?

    Is that it?

I'm going to make an exclusive Mentat build at some point because I absolutely love the three drugs you can make from them and they're also one of the most easy-farm drugs in the game (Shaw School has an absolute ton of them)

    +5 Charisma and haggling bonus
    +5 Perception and VATS accuracy
+5 Intelligence and a nifty heat seeking radar???

I'm thinking some sort of Inquisitor build.

Because that's how you increase your students' test scores, give em mental performance enhancing drugs! That actually might make the American education system better

    Don't forget your BioComm Mesh!

An interesting feature of the BioComm Mesh (and indeed Chemist perks) is that they also effect Radaway...

If you have a BioComm Mesh fitted to your armor then a Radaway will remove 45% of your radiation damage rather than the normal 30%.

If you have all the chemist perks a Radaway will restore upto 90% of your radiation meter.

If you have below average health (like this character does) then you often find that meat will restore more HP per serving than a Stimpack is capable of. Most meat weighs more though which is something to consider...

I'm looking forward to running a medic build though, I've not tried that perk yet...

Medic? Crazy awesome perk and probably one of my favorites. All ranks make the heal time quick even in Survival.
