During the First battle of Hoover dam, the Caesar legion, lost and burned their legen Joshua Graham. Four years later they found a new soldier, this soldier is a highly trained centurion. Practically unstoppable, the soldier became the best of the legion, killing all of the NCR. Caesar made him his third legend he and lanius are the best soldiers of the legion, disguised as a courier, the soldier was trying to kill president kimball. We managed to get him to remember his past.
CAESAR'S BULL

S-9 the bull is one of the strongest people in the world.
P-5 The bull has normal hearing and seeing.
E-8 The bull is very tough, bullets go right through him and he still keeps coming.
C-1 The Bull is the worst person to talk, to if you disagree with him he will kill you.
I-6 The Bull is a genius when it comes to medicine.
A-7 The Bull can move pretty fast and is very agile.
L-2 Caesar don't believe in luck, so the Bull doesn't either.

Melee-The Bull is a master of melee weapons swords hammer clubs he can beat you to death with anything.
Sneak-The Bull is pretty sneaky his footsteps makes no sound.
Medicine-Aside from being a killing machine, the Bull also very good with medicine.

Straight from Goodsprings, Go kill Benny then join Caesar legion. Do the Caesar legion side quests.
Now, this character go out killing all the soldiers, your main weapon are melee but you can also use unarmed and guns.

Main Quest (Caesar legion)-As a former soldier of Caesar legion, you are sworn to serve their goals, and ready to drive out the NCR from the Mojave Wastelands.
Lonesome Road-When you get to the final choice, choose to send the nukes towards Long 18.
Honest Hearts-When given the choice, choose to kill Joshua Graham.
Caesar legion side quests- you must help the Caesar legion so they can defeat the NCR.
