During the first battle of Hoover Dam, the NCR, had a special unit called the grim reapers.

Taking the most accurate soldiers, they put them in specially made suits. Practically unstoppable within the suits, the soldiers became the best of the rangers, sweeping across the battlefield. General Oliver discovered the last one, disguised as a courier, the soldier was trying to live a peaceful life. we managed to get him to join our side. John Roland, the last Grim Reaper.

    Special

S-3 Though the reaper may not be the strongest person, the reaper is not the weakest either.

P-6 The reapers were trained to hear and see very well.

E-3 The reaper mostly stayed out of combat so he is not the toughest.

C-6 The reaper scares everyone he comes across, and the lesser soldiers try to stay out of his way.

I-5 The reaper has a average intelligence but he does know how to lead a squad.

A-8 The suits were made to be agile, as it was designed for snipers, meant to stay hidden, and slowly sneak to the best location to take out the targets.

L-9 The reapers were very lucky, so the suits were made to increase the soldiers luck.

    Skills

Guns-The reapers are trained in firearms especially sniper rifles but also shotguns, pistols, and other rifles, and the knowledge on how to wield them, the reapers laid down the fire of ten or twenty legion soldiers.

Sneak-The reapers were trained to stay in the shadows and pick off enemies one by one.

Speech-Aside from being killing machines, the reapers were feared by all.

    (Untagged)

Lockpicking-Knowing the ins and out of a lock allows the reapers to open anything.

Survival-The reapers were trained to stay alive in the mojave by killing animals and finding plants to eat in order to survive

Starting Equipment: Sniper rifle, NCR ranger combat armor, NCR ranger helmet, varmint rifle, 9mm pistol, lever action shotgun.

Endgame Equipment: Anti material rifle, elite riot gear, elite riot helmet, All-American, Maria, dinner bell.

    Gameplay

Straight from goodsprings, you won't be the death machine from the get go. Help the NCR as much as possible to get the key to the safe house and get the NCR ranger combat armor.

    Suggested Quests

Main Quest (NCR)-As a former member of the NCR, you are sworn to serve their goals, and ready to drive out the legion from the mojave.

What about Rex and Ed-e? Rex with Rey's brain and Ed-e with his weapons upgrade.

I think the gameplay section needs to have more information on how to deal with different combat scenarios. Do I sneak and hit them with my sniper rifle then change positions before they spot me or is a guns-blazing approach more appropriate for the situation? How do I deal with multiple powerful enemies like Deathclaws or high level Marked Men? Who do you think is/are the best follower(s) for this character? You know that kind of stuff. Other than that pretty cool build. +1

I agree with Monyx, this would really benefit from some deeper explanation. What tactics do you use? Is there anything special you do that another character with these weapons wouldn't be able to do? Do you use a glitch/mod to have all the followers at once, or do you choose one at a time? Are any quests besides NCR quests important? What sets this character apart other than wearing ranger armor?

Also, since you're talking about a specific title/unit, every instance of the word "Reaper" should be capitalized.

Pretty cool sniper type of build, but how did you feel about what seems to be you not meeting the ST requirement for the AMR? It always drives me CRAZY even with a tiny bit of sway/decrease in long ranged accuracy. (I think damage is lowered, I actually forget)

With 3 ST, you would need the implant, +2 from OWB, and also take the Weapon Handling perk to reach the 8. Not impossible, but you did not list Weapon Handling or OWB. Just curious! I usually just used explosives rounds because even if I missed, things still died.
