This build was such a treat to me. Once I got a fair amount of gear together, I could two/three-shot Deathclaws, on normal. With that, I present....

During the Great War, the Enclave, when they were still known as the United States government, created a new weapon. Taking critically damaged soldiers, they hooked them up into massive robotic suits, acting as a form of life support, known as Project Dreadnaught.  Practically immortal within the suits, the soldiers became a shining beacon, sweeping across the battlefield. General Masterson discovered the first successful one, dormant in an underground bunker, the soldier within in stasis. We managed to get him to join our side. Subject Zero, the first NCR Dreadnaught.

Before I get into the nitty gritty of the build, not matter the gender, give your character a sort of skeletal, emaciated look. They get enough food to live, but are basically in a walking tomb with little movement of their physical bodies. Pale as possible, with high, sunken cheeks.

    Special:

S-8 Though the body may have grown frail, the machine the soldier resides in has incredible strength, old holovids we found demonstrate one lifting a tank with a single hand.

P-8 Inbuilt scanners allow the Dreadnaught the ability to spot what your average person won’t, but it isn’t perfect.

E-8 The reinforced steel and titanium alloy armor protects the fragile body of the soldier piloting the suit, able to withstand a ton of enemy fire before showing the slightest bit of damage.

C-6 The Dreadnaughts retain their human minds, and lesser soldiers looked up to them for advice often.

I-8 Countless years of running simulations while in stasis, plus the knowledge they carried before being interred, has given them a wide array knowledge.

A-1 The hulking robotic suits’ weight prevents it from being agile, as it was designed as walking artillery, meant to stay in an area, and slowly advance while providing suppresing fire.

L-The Enclave rarely believed in luck, so the suit’s systems were meant to only use estimated calculations and knowledge, rather than luck, to prevail.

    Skills

Guns-With both inbuilt firearms, and the knowledge on how to wield them, the Dreadnaughts laid down the fire of ten or twenty soldiers, with self-replenishing ammo, thanks to built in matter replicators.

Explosives-The onboard systems allow the Dreadnaught the ability to fire off explosives, such as grenades, with ease, and the ability to disarm them.

Speech-Aside from being mobile weapons platforms, the Dreadnaughts acted as a symbol of American military might, they would often give advice to troops, and could use diplomacy if need be.

    (Untagged)

Science-Knowing the ins and outs of technoloy allows the Dreadnaught to hack into computer systems.

Unarmed-The steel fists of the Dreadnaught can tear through foes like a butcher through bloody meat.

Starting Equipment: Mercenary Grenade Rifle, Lightweight Metal Armor, Roving Trader Hat, Dynamite, 9mm Submachine Gun, Pool Cue.

Endgame Equipment: Shoulder-Mounted Machine Gun, Enclave Remnants Armor, Enclave Remnants Helmet/Elite Riot Helmet, Industrial Hand/Two-Step Goodbye, Plasma Grenades, Oh Baby!

    Gameplay

Straight from Goodsprings, you won’t be an asskicking death machine from the get go. If you have the Courier Stash DLC, suit up in the Lightweight Metal Armor, and do the first few quests in Goodsprings, to get some EXP, Caps, and some supplies. Head semi northward, run past the Tribal Village, and make your way to Bonnie Springs. Using the buildings for cover (And hoping the AI glitches out), take out the Reinforce Metal Armored Viper Leader, and claim his armor, to start.

If you are given the choice, if there is a skill check, use that first. If you see any hostiles engaging you, feel free to kill all of them, preferably while humming a song you like or your home country's national anthem.

Now, this character isn’t exactly subtle. True, I did the occasional sneak attack, but most of my gameplay involved walking into an area, getting out my hardest hitting weapon, and wildly swinging/shooting/punching my enemies.

    Suggested Quests

Main Quest (NCR)-As a supersoldier of the NCR, you are sworn to serve their goals, and ready to drive out the Legion from the Mojave Wastelands.

Lonesome Road-When you get to the final choice, choose to send the nukes towards Dry Well.

Honest Hearts-When given the choice, choose to crush the White Legs under your metallic feet, and blow Salt-Upon Wounds sky high.

For Auld Lang Syne-While you may no longer serve the Enclave, you feel compelled to gain the help of these old soldiers to aid the NCR’s fight.

ED-E My Love-Gain one of your old friends, an Eyebot, and upgrade his laser power.

The Dreadnaught, ready to wreck some face.

    Thanks
