I wouldn't call it "brutal" but yeah it makes things a lot harder. Lower health and carry weight, Stimpaks don't work as well and are harder to fine (generally you'll find Expired versions), and your H20/Hunger/Sleep goes up faster. It makes the game more challenging, but at the same time it buffs some things and provides a bit more balance. It's basically "as J.E. Sawyer envisioned the game."

    And you're welcome. :D

You said that all but 1 skill can be maxed out, in your opinion which 1 get's the short end of the stick?

So, you want to make a Build like that in FO4, a Brotherhood guy?

No, I'm playing this in New Vegas and i can only max out 3 of the 4 secondary skills and I wanted to know which one gets shorted.

Hey man. If I remember correctly, Survival was the skill that didn't manage to reach 100. It was about at 93 or 95 after I reached level 30 (I'm not on my gaming PC so I really cannot check).

You will unlock all campfire recipes at 90 Survival so there is really no point in increasing the skill further. The only thing that needs more than 90 Survival is the Roughin' It perk and it isn't used by the Steel Guardian.

How do you make the image with the perks? I only ask because I'm following your build as a guideline for mine. Please and thank you!

Hey man. I just googled "Fallout wallpapers" and found that picture. If I am right, the original image has the Capitol Building in the background. I then used an online image editor (pixlr and fotor are good ones) to add the texts and that's it! Thanks for the praise man.

This was an excellent build Monyx. The amount of detail was just right, not to detailed and not to vague. keep up the good work bro.
