"We take Vegas from the corrupt! The rich! The oppressors of generations who have kept you down with myths of opportunity, and we give it back to you... the people. Vegas is yours. None shall interfere. Do as you please. Start by storming the correctional facility, and freeing the oppressed! Step forward those who would serve. For an army will be raised. The powerful will be ripped from their decadent nests, and cast out into the decayed world that we know and endure. Courts will be convened. Spoils will be enjoyed. Blood will be shed. The securitrons will stay, as they are reprogrammed to ensure true justice. This great city... it will endure. Vegas will survive!"

S - 7 In order to survive in this world, you must be strong. You must be able to climb over the weak and stand your ground, being strong enough to kill all who stand in your way.

P - 5 You need not be more perceptive than others, your underlings will keep an eye out for you.

E - 6 You need to be able to take a hit. This world is unforgiving and will not allow you to survive easily.

C - 7 To form a revolution, one needs allies. To gain them, one needs to know how to talk to people. To be charming and intimidating to the right people.

I - 8 It was once said, one of the greatest weapons a person can possess is their mind. In the case of an anarchistic genius, this is true...

A - 5 There is no need to be acrobatic, you hold your own, no need to run.

L - 2 You were nearly beaten to death surviving only on pain killers which are given through your mask and added the fact that you were captured and shot in the head and left for dead... Luck isn't exactly on your side.

    Skills

Unarmed: To kill a man is easy. To break a man using nothing but your bare strength... That sends a message. Show your strength, dominate the opponent.

Explosives: Explosives are a tool that is useful in planning on how to end a situation. Be it surrounded by a group of soldiers, taking out stronger monsters, or destroying targets such as the monorail connecting to Vegas.

Sneak: You were born in the dark... Molded by it. You are an agent of the shadows and have the ability to clear a room without anyone knowing anything.

    Weapons

    Saturnite fist super-heated

Super heated Saturnite fist: The best way to kill a target is to hit them as fast as possible. The saturnite fists help with this thanks to being one of the fastest ever unarmed weapons. And thanks to the heat from the super heated fist, it causes DOT as well. So incredibly high DPS and an added DOT is lovely.

    Satchel charge

Satchel charges and C4: These are your controlled explosives. Revolution begins with the willingness of men, the want for something greater, and a proper amount of gunpowder and explosives.

    LMGRend

Assault carbine or LMG: Fast paced, lead spitting death. Able to dish out a multitude of bullets and fill a target full of holes, these weapons are incredibly useful for targets that have a knack for running away, are on a ridge, or you just don't want to get near.

    Apparel

    Breathing mask

Breathing mask/Ulysses Mask: Since you can head straight to the divide at level 1, you can head into the missile silo, pick up your breathing mask, and be on your merry way, truly starting the playthrough. Not only is it good for the role play, it is also great for the radiation resistance and providing damage threshold. Ulysses mask provides slightly more DT and immensely more RR.

    Joshua Graham armor

Joshua Graham's armor/Ulysses Duster/Courier Duster: this one is entirely up to the player. You can either keep the higher DT but lower critical chance, the higher critical chance but lower DT, or the same DT as Ulysses with +1 luck and +30 Poison Resistance. I went with Ulysses duster for that critical hit chance, cool design, and to match the Ulysses mask.

    CourierDusterYesMan

    Quests
Main quest: You must free Vegas of its oppression and fight its attackers, with the help of the people. You must form your revolution, kill those in charge and let true freedom reign supreme.
Honest Hearts: The New Canaanites are all but destroyed by the White Legs, pawns of the Legion. Retaliation is due. Help the remaining tribals and annihilate the White Legs. Show no mercy. Allow your subordinate, Joshua Graham, to kill Salt-Upon-Wounds if you wish or kill him yourself, just ensure he lies on the ground in a pool of his own blood.
For Auld Lang Syne: Obtain followers! You will need strong allies when attempting to take the Dam. The enclave veterans will provide heavy firepower and soak up most of the damage with their power armor.

    Combat
Booming dance: Use the ranger takedown on an enemy, causing them to fall to the ground and trip. And while they are down, quickly switch to an explosive like the satchel charges or c4 and blow them up to kingdom come.
Dirty trick: (this requires dirt or sand on the ground) Use the khan trick technique to throw sand into the opponent's eyes, temporarily stunning them. Then switch to your big guns like the LMG and unleash hell.
Counter: As a master of melee and unarmed combat, you know how to parry any strike down to you. Use the scribe counter when attacked and use it as a parry.

Very good but maybe lay off with the DLC items. It's hard for people to get all of those. But great potential

The game is over 5 years old... If you haven't gotten the dlc yet, there is no excuse... And if its the difficulty to get said items... That's the point! Nothing of worth is easy.
