Stats remain the same the only thing that changes with soul level is the distance you have to be near them iirc. So theoreticaly you could put minmal perks into it and still gain a descent buff especially if your goal is to be beside them all the time, I can't see the distance being to greater issue. You know when the ffect is working when you see a purple swirl effect around your minions. and no problem mate happy to help :D

Yeah, I've been playing around with the Hemomancy, but I'm only playing this one as a regular Vampire so I'm not going to be getting any of the Vampire Lord perks, which, well means that my Hemomancy is going to be damaging only, I don't get that sweet draining effect from Starving Artist. I think I'm going to give the full Hemomancy experience a proper trial with a Blood-Starved Vampire after this because holy shit does it sound like a bit of fun to really be a bit of a Feral Vampire rather than what you are normally.

Hmm...well it might be a bit late now but there are a few easily obtained perks that allow you to gain VL experience in mortal form, including starving artist itself.

    • Court's Chef: Able to create Blood Potions at a cooking pot. Using Human Flesh yields 1 Blood Potion and using a Human Heart yields 2 Blood Potions. Additionally, consuming a Blood Potion advances Vampire Lord perks.
    • White Wolf: Your Vampire's Seduction power now works on targets 15 levels higher and you may Drain people under its effect regardless of how thirsty you are. Additionally, Draining a sleeping or seduced victim advances Vampire Lord perks.
    • Starving Artist: In mortal form, Hemomancy spells used against people absorb Health equal to 25% of their base damage (dealing that much extra damage and healing the caster for the same amount). Killing people with Hemomancy spells advances your Vampire Lord perks.

Sacrosanct is pretty awesome. I think a descent unlockable just by "aging" as a vampire is "King among Kine".Also the Blue Blood quest unlocks some real good passives as well. You just have to feed on powerful npc's. (Delphine, Ulfric, Arngeir, Elenwen, Tulius and maybe Elisif?)That's just off the top of my head though.

Definantly agree with these perks Tysoyaha, I had a blast last month playing a vamp mage character went all in on Sacrosanct. Hitting enemies with blood garden, blood Scourge and blood brand = massive damage and gory explosions and lotsa health regen, paired with andromedas Atronach stone I never ran outta magicka. This would be so good for this character DB you gotta do it man haha :P

Yeah, not sure where I'm going with the powers of 'ageing'. Vicissitude is probably a required passive for this character, Harvest Moon, Oberon's Grail, Wicked Will and maybe Path of Humanity all feel like they'd really work. Just depends on how I feel each time I get them. Oh and the 'Sneak Feed' thing would be lovely to grab because it is a pain in the ass to have to use Vampire's Seduction only once a day.

Yeah, I just think that there are some RP reasons later on for it. Basically part of that idea is that the build is that she's going to still be...very human, and any of her darker aspects aren't going to be something you could link to her Vampire form. Basically, she's going to be as 'Human' as possible the entire time while still acting very evil, you know.

Just need to do Ciri first and then I'll be giving this Vampire Lord character a try...unless I find something else to do between now and then. But it's for sure on my list.

So I have designed a Level 20 Version of the build, it's something that I'll be testing out, fiddling around with more but the basic idea is that I'm going to submit that for the Event and this build later on. The Level 20 version isn't quite a build but more of a... dunno something. But honestly, the perks in Illusion, Alteration and Conjuration are just too good for me to cut out of the build, things like Feed the Monster, Crown of the False King, Quadratic Wizard and Welloc's Dormant Arcana are just really good. I could theoretically remove some stuff, but I'm really interested in the full version honestly.

I guess you could call it a... skelelton build.

Sorry, I had to.  But the build looks really good, and I agree, cutting out some of the Illusion and Conjuration perks wouldn't have the same effect.  It's a fun build to play, I done it myself.  It's powerful enough without that Summermyst enchantment, though, in my opinion.
