    Gameplay Notes

The entire playstyle for this build is based on me aiming to combine Runes (primarily Frost Runes) and Ordinator perks to create a hopefully fun and interesting gameplay style that blends really well with melee combat. The problem with this idea is that I'm not entirely sure how Ordinator Perks work with Runes, or Dual-Casting works with Runes because I haven't played with them recently enough to have a good understanding of how everything works. One of the most important Perks is going to be Runecaster which allows you to place Runes further away, and place three of them. Ancient Seals is a potentially useful one which would change Runes from a burst of damage, into a DoT spell that I think does more damage, just overtime (15% per second for 10 seconds or 150%...yeah more damage). Other perks that may work are the following.

Merciless Cold (2) - Frost spells and effects cast on others are up to 20/30% more powerful, based on the target's missing Stamina percentage.

Frostfall - Frost spells reduce the attack damage of their targets by 25% for 5 seconds.

Crystalize - Frost spells freeze the blood of their targets, halting Stamina regeneration for 5 seconds. If the targets are not resistant to frost, frost spells also reduce armor by 125 points for 5 seconds.

Shatter - Frost spells that hit a frost resistant target fragment and explode in a 15 foot area, reducing frost resistance by 25% for 10 seconds. This effect stacks.

Iced Earth - Dual casting frost spells freezes the earth under your feet. The frozen ground deals 40 points of damage per second to Health and Stamina for 4 seconds on contact. Frost spells and effects are 50% more powerful against affected targets.

Hypothermia - Frost spells paralyze living targets below 25% Health if they are not frost resistant

Winter's Majesty - You radiate freezing cold, reducing the frost resistance of enemies within 25 feet by 50%. This penalty is applied on top of Shatter.

The most important (if they work) will probably be Iced Earth and Crystalize, though if I can get it, I would love to use Winter's Majesty which would just be insanely powerful when combined with other perks.

Alteration is mostly covered with Ocato's Recital, which allows you to store 3 spells and then auto-cast them as soon as you enter combat. Only really going to use this for Flesh Spells which will allow us an instant AR boost every single time we enter combat for 0 Magicka. Conjuration is going to focus on Apocalypse's Totem spells, which summon an Animal that can transform into a Human (and vise-versa), transforming heals them by the way...which is badass.

Other then that, Witchhunter's Spells and Prayers is a fun little mod that I'm going to be trying out here. Basically what it does is add 'Power-Spells' or Spells that are activated like Powers, into the game. None of them are insanely overpowered (I think) and there are three main ones that I plan to use here. There's the basic Frost Damage enhancement, which adds Frost Damage to an unenchanted weapon. There's the Slow Time/Enhance Movement Speed combination, that's really cool because it only activates for 15 seconds, and deactivates once you hit your opponent. The final one is the possibility of Magic Resistance enhancements which would just be obviously rather useful for this character.

    Other Notes

Man, alright. Sorry if this feels a but rushed. I already had it completed about 2 hours ago but it was deleted because of my shitty internet (went to upload when my internet was slow...didn't work, re-set everything). Anyway, the character is based on Weiss Schnee from RWBY, an...Anime? Technically speaking, I mean it's kind of a Western Anime...Anyway, point is, based off of an anime character which is why you probably won't be seeing any images of her exactly. I don't really like using images that are obviously from an anime if I can help it because...well it just doesn't mesh with the idea of a Skyrim Build. Might have to in the end, really struggled to find this picture.

Anyway, still going to need to work on the RP and Backstory. It should be relatively easy but I like adding Twists to my characters, so that they aren't bascially 'Weiss, but in Skyrim'. So I'll probably use some of the basics of her personality and backstory and kind of twist it so she's a darker character, because...well I just like doing it. That's all for now, DRAGONBORN AWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY.

A character called Weiss Schnee, a character from an anime called RWBY. It's probably going to be a little less magical than a typical Cryomancer, focusing a lot more on the sword combat, but yeah should be good in the end, as long as stuff works together :D

Oy, I already dealt with that once, I'm not going through the shitty ice-puns all over again >.>

But yeah, all good. Just changed the name to Runesword Princess but forgot to edit the first little title there.

Dude! I love RWBY! I've been following it ever since I subscribe to Rooster Teeth! The sheer fact that they made an anime using gaming software is extremely amazing! And I figured it would be really a cryomancer with the fact that you're doing so Lee Frost is why I called a cryomancer I know it's not going to be like summon ice sword or throws a few icicles at someone's face, but still this is a really awesome concept and I can't wait to, but still this is a really awesome concept and I can't wait to to see the end result. Funny story I was going to make a Ruby Rose or yang but I don't want to do that now since you're making Weiss. Hey Duncan deeb's the cold shoulder man! X D lol

It's pretty great, just got into it recently (as in a month ago) but yeah, it's just a really fun show. Ruby would be pretty fun to recreate, I was originally either going to do her or Qrow but then decided that I'd constantly feel like I was doing something wrong when I wasn't swinging around a massive scythe (and I had no idea how to work the bullets into it). Weiss is way easier since her weapon is more or less pretty normal, which was my main reason for chosing her over someone else (and Weiss is...top 10 favorites? Dunno, I'd have to put it to  list but yeah).

Ah, right...I'll have to look into it but I probably will at least throw around a few Shock/Fire Runes because everything and it's mother resists Frost in Skyrim which is annoying as shit. But I'll have to look at the Ordinator Perks to see if there's anything really, really interesting for me to pick anything but the base perks.

Well I'm not familiar with RWBY, and thus the characters, but it looks like it's going to be an interesting concept. Really gotta get my hands on something to run worthwhile mods on as well :( Ordinator sounds like a Blast!

Also were you talking about Vanilla Skyrim mechanics at one point in the Runes bit? Because if so I think the damage just ends up increasing with Dual Cast, however if you're speaking Ordinator I'm no help there :P

Nice Build looking so far !

Can't judge the mecanics because as a humble console player (still on X360...) i have no experience of Ordinator but as a Rune lover i'm 100% behind what you're trying
