So, after my other build "The Commander" was put on the shelf (I might revisit it someday), I wondered what I could do for my next build to keep my inspired, to make it fun. After a few, okay, after a lot of starts and stops, I finally tried out a Wood Elf, intrigued by their cannablisim and wondering how the Green Pact would effect gameplay, and over time, it grew into this. I also wanted to cut down some skills required for my build, after seeing how well Mara's Might, by Shinjin, fared using only two skills, one of which was speech! Fair warning, this requires the Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim mod.

    The Edgewalker

Race: Wood elf. It's the only thing that makes sense for the lore and backstory, has a good bonus to Archery, and, if you're using the Imperious mod, they can eat corspes as soon as you start playing!

Stone: I notice a lot of people who use Ordinator also use the creator's Standing Stones mod, Aurora. If so, the Theif Stone's trait, Finishing Blow, fits pretty well. If you're going at it without a Stones mod, the Lady Stone is a good choice for the regeneration of your most important atribute, stamina.

Stat Placement: 0:1:1. As said above, Stamina is your most important stat, but the perks in Light Armor help you regain it quickly when in combat. You could do a 0:1:2 placement, if you put more focus into smithing and improving your armor.

    Skills: Archery, Smithing, Light Armor.

Gameplay: Fighting is all about getting in up close, which is part of the reason for this build's name: You walk the edge between life and death, and if you bash a second too late or fail to weave around an enemies power attack, you're dead. I'm currently playtesting this build, and I'm not too far in, but what you'll be perking is Wingstrike and the line of perks that lets you do more damage to close up enemies, as well as Ranger (Lets you move faster while your bow is drawn), and any perks that increase firing speed. Smithing and Light Armor are more passive skills, with Smithing going on behind the scenes, and Light Armor giving you movement boosts and chances for your stamina to regenerate, keeping you in the fight.

Roleplay: You follow the Green Pact, like almost all Bosmer, but you are not nearly as strict as some. Like the Elves who live in Valenwood's outskirts, you will use imported wood, and see no problem with picking up fruit that has already fallen, if its in a position where the seeds would wither and die. However, you are more wary of eating fruit than some, and generally try to avoid picking it up, prefering to instead buy it after a harvest. You also refuse to consume outside potions for fear of consuming unkown plant life. In addition, you agree with the Bosmer who live deeper into Valenwood that foes should be eaten, to the best of your ability. This is the other reason for this build's name. You walk the edge between the two groups, sometimes relaxing parts of the Pact, and having some see you as a heretic. However, for other parts, you will adamently stick to the Pact, causing others to see you as too stuck up, and you never really fit in with either group.

Notes: Each section is a brief look which I will expand later, I just wanted to get this up so I can slowly start improving it. Thanks for reading!

Without stones mods, it's the Lady that grants a health and stamina regen boost. The Lover has all skills improve 15% faster.

Cool though, I love Ordinator builds. One of my agents of Oegnithr was a staunch follower of the greenpact. I don't think I touched a single veggie and I didn't even build a house. It was a neatl way to play.

    Fixed! Thanks.

And yeah, Ordinator builds are great. He's not quite that strict, I'm using a hunting bow right now in fact! But he does have certain reservations, and even when he knows logically that its fine to use wood someone else made, he'll be ditching that as soon as I find a metal bow, no matter if it's overpriced, weaker, or what.

Oh, yeah, I'm also going to try to present this in more of a loose style. It's in a little template right now because I just wanted to get it out, but I've been reading your builds, and some of Noodle's builds, and I'm going to try and be a little more freeflowing with this. So... thanks for the inspiration. :D

Ordinator and a small skillset - can't go wrong! For the two-in-two event I rolled with a Barbarian using two-handed and speech. The speech was mainly for the Speak With Animals perk which is a real doozy, which I think Shin's Mara also used so you'll know just how good it is. I'm just thinking about how that would work so beautifully with this build. That said, I'm rambling mainly. What you have looks like an exciting concept, both in RP terms and gameplay. Edgewalker indeed, high risk-high reward combat. Fun!

Yo. So, this build is still getting updating, but I just got Destiny 2, so I might be a little slower. Don't worry though, I'm playing Skyrim at the same time, so it's still getting updated! Just not as fast.

Sorry there Felkros, meant to drop by earlier. Anyway, I'm digging this so far, anything that combines Ordinator and small Skillsets is absolutely 100% fine with me, and this does it really well. Can't really make any suggestions at the moment, to be honest, love everything that's here so far and I'll just have to wait for more :D
