Like I said in the CB thread, I'm just soooo busy with work that I don't think I can do both builds at the same time and do the job I'm accustomed to doing. So, while I'll be working on this one too, it will not be done for the event. Playtests, again, for me personally take forever as it is a mimic of a playthrough, so I do things a little differently in that regard.

Updated Urag's art, so we see that I'm still got this on the backburner. Art is done for the build. I just need to finish the playtest and do the writeup. Neat concept with complete Atronach. Looking forward to finishing him. Going for a retro vibe for his look, back to Oblivion. :D The borders are doctoring up of the old Oblivion menu screen borders and the skill icons are jazzed up Oblivion icons. I also borrow the image from the original Oblivion Atronach constellation and images of many crazy mage orcs. I had fun when I did this stuff. I'll get a perk spread up after the Event ends. I can do the Level 20 one already.

My comment so it is not deleted. :D Will return to this soon.

Wow Lissette, this looks really good, as always. You never fail to make some great artwork for your builds.

I dont know if its just my computer or is there a large white space inbetween Skills and Stone sections?

Anyway, love the idea and the artwork, I really can see this as being a great build from you, as always.

Oh, it's not your computer, there is a large white space. I just threw the art up there, I'm not bothered to format it yet. And thanks, really wanted to go with a retro feel for this build which you'll find out why later when you read the backstory.

Wow. Simply just wow. First, (I saw) Leblanc doing a build regarding NPCs from the College now I find this beauty. Man, I really need to look hard. Besides that, I am loving this build Lissette. Good roleplay (even better regen), and it just compliments everybodies (I think everybodies) favourite Orc. I am definetly going to be keeping a close eye on this one. Also, regarding the art (which is amazing), how did you make it? Also, would this build be playable without mods? I am on PC however, I am afraid once I get certain mods, I will keep looking for more (which wouldn't bother if Skyrim worked on my personal laptop, however it works only on the family PC).

Thanks for the kind words Lee. Sorry, I didn't get to you sooner, but I was nose deep trying to finish Chasing Aetherius to get my badge with Karver for Creativity Month. Yeah, most, if not all of my builds can be played Vanilla with just some gear tweaks that I usually go over. The True Atronach glitch works Vanilla too I believe. It's actually a bit easier as the AI is more forgiving. The only thing you're going to miss is maybe Immersive College of Winterhold, but it is not essential to have it in the game.

I went with a retro vibe for the art due to Urag's backstory which will be more fleshed out in the build. So, I manipulated the border for the ES4 Oblivion window, used its imagery for the constellations and Oblivion's skill icons.  I used some of the standard png images from the UESP and then layered them over a parchment backdrop to get the "card" effect. I used primarily PowerPoint and paint.net to work with the images. The Orc peechurs and photos are found with the love of Google.

I'm still very excited about this build. The playtest was stopped when I shifted focus on The Outsider and CHasing Aetherius, but with CA done, I'm only editing Straag now, so I have more time for builds. Henantier's playtest is almost done. Just need to finish getting a few more masks and powers, and then just plug away at the Mainquest.

I'd estimate Urag's competion at around the end of February/beginning of March. Before the next CB event for sure. Then I move on to my other WiP here, the Starved.

You're welcome Lis, don't worry about getting to me sooner, it happens. Hmm... Chasing Aetherius, sounds good, I swear I saw that somewhere once. Ah, seems fair. I can't think of any reasons why it shouldn't work on Vanilla. I will check in a few minutes. Hmm.. If its as good as it sounds I may check it out, as I don't know about everybody else, but I kept the College to look more like a College. If that makes sense, it just lacks something, and makes the quests feel like burdens/things you need to do.

Hmm... Well, you did a good job. Perhaps I should look into this Paint.net and see what I can do with it. How is it, people can find what they need on Google, yet I go looking for pictures and I can't find nothing? Ah good. I will keep an eye on the build. Ooh... The Starved sounds good. I am guessing no/negative Regen, Equilbrium, and the Atronach? Sounds interesting though.

It definitely does, back when we discovered it I got it to work with and without the unofficial patch and as that's the only mod I had at the time that would make any difference, I can safely say that it works. The only things that I can think would prevent it from working are mods that either change the Atronach or the witbanes.

Ah, fair enough. Actually, I wonder if Witbane Brain Rot reduces your maximum Magicka, if so any ideas on how to increase the potentcy? I think I have an idea for High Elves if it works.
