Illusion magic: Magic of the mind or play of light and shadow?
No article but I'd have to say Illusion would be strictly magic of the mind. Magic of shadow already exists in the form of Shadow Magic created by Azra Nightwielder.
And I'd have to say that's just lazy answer without any research. 'Cause I could name you at least two maybe three sources saying otherwise. So just lazy.

Illusion magic: Magic of the mind or play of light and shadow?
Both in the strictest sense but it may not be that simple.
Altering the mind is pretty straightforward and changing reactions and perceptions. This is the backbone of the school.
But then there are also light and sound spells. But the fun part is to think - do these light and sound spells actually exist or do they exist only in the mind of those the caster wants to see and hear? Can a light spell that exists within the Illusion school be objectively real or is it just an illusion? Where does the alteration of light sources and creation of light sources blend between schools?
The older games had much more spells and different categories/divisions.

Nailed it, Henson. Mind Illusions, light and shadow optic Illusions, sensory Illusions. Perfect ideas for an article. Gonna make it?

If theories about the 2nd Era Nightblade's ability to teleport is true they are not actually teleporting but moving to another shadow realm and moving within it before returning to their own in a different spot.

Never mind, I was remembering a completely other type of magic from another game and connected it to TES shadow magic for whatever reason. I'll just delete that comment.

Chris said: So, what's the relationship like between Molag Bal, Boethiah, Sheogorath and Mehrunes Dagon?
Chris, I hate to pull a rule n°2 at you but here goes:
http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Boethiah
http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Mehrunes_Dagon
http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Molag_Bal
http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Sheogorath
All but one of the pages describe the inter-Daedra relationships in the first or the second paragraph. In Sheogorath's case, it is mentioned in the history section when they approach the book "16 accords of madness" which is a great read anyway.

I think the correct term is Spellmaking or Spellcrafting and I'm not sure how much lore there is behind the process but I'll make sure to add your question to the list.
