So, do the Spinners give a crap? Also, are Bosmer cities like tree cities, or are they like, made of imported wood? I haven't played much if ESO, so I wouldn't know, and it's been awhile since I played Daggerfall or Arena, so, what are their houses made of?

Spinners are not infallible. They are mortal men and women and they have their views of the world as well. Some Spinners follow the Meat Mandate to the letter, some view it in a less strict way. Basically - depends on a Spinner.

Here, this book shall explain Bosmeri architecture - Arboreal Architecture

The possible schism between the "civilized" Bosmer and the "savage" Bosmer is interesting. But overall, I really don't like this change to the Bosmer's views on cannibalism.

They kinda lose a part of their cultural identity, isn't it? But it was only natural, when the scale of conflicts escalated to include the whole Tamriel, the old rules did not work anymore. No Bosmer can eat that many enemies and it can turn victory into defeat, as it happened to that tribe I mentioned.

Yeah, I mean, if they eat while,,while they work on dead guy number 2, then that could give ample time for some fool with a warhammer to crush their head in

Didn't work like that. They killed everyone and then made a ritual feast, not eating during the battle

So, are Spinners forbidden to take a side in foreign wars? Or coild a Spinner join with the Stormcloaks, for instance?

There is nothing stopping them though they are unlikely to do so. They are peaceful people, not concerned with wars, especially foreign ones. In fact, it will be extremely rare for a spinner to leave Valenwood at all

So, basically, my character is a young Spinner, granted, I'm not really sure what counts as young for Bosmer, I'm not really sure how long they live, but, basically, my character is in his early thirties, and is one of the youngest Spinners. I plan for him to transition from a cocky ladies man, to a wise, powerful Spinner of Jephre. I might go into the College of Winterhold....

College is a good choice. Main quest, Dragonborn and Dawnguard too. Don't think any of other questlines suit them though
