    Bethesda placeholder game up for preorder on Amazon (PS4/XBO/PC) Collector's Edition $59.99 https://amzn.to/2IvNvMf  Deluxe $59.99 https://amzn.to/2IvnvAw  Standard $59.99 https://amzn.to/2IvNw2L

While that video might look like something Fallout-y, I'm pretty sure that's just a regular placeholder video.

Is it in any way connected to this? Wild Appalachia - It popped up in my twitter notifications earlier for some reason, thought there might be a connection. Not a clue, though, it's not something I would know anything about.

I like the "emergency Fallout 3 remake" idea.

Nah Phil that's part of the free Fallout 76 updates that they finally got around to announcing. This would be something different, though it seems to have been taken down now.

I think it's most likely some new Fallout 76 edition. Doesn't ESO release new physical/digital editions with each major expansion? And if that "Wastelanders" thing coming out later this year is what I think it is (NPCs), that would merit a new "release".

It could be Starfield, though. Todd Howard did say it was "playable", whatever he meant by that.

They do. They re-release the game with the DLCs included for people who havent bought the base game yet so they can have all the content together.

Starfield would be really a surprise and pretty interesting to see... but I suspect we're a ways off from that yet.

That wouldn't be the worst case scenario. Would be a lot more frustrating if it turned out to be a trick to make you buy Fallout 76.
