Fallout NV Issue

    Hey all, upgraded my cpu recently and use Steam for most games.  Installed the base FNV version (no mods) and went to play a new game.  Game crashed to desktop after the intro cinema (also crashed if I interupted the cinema opening).  Anyway, found one thing, tried that to no avail.  Another reference was for a missing DX9 dll file...but I'm on DX12 currently so shouldn't need DX9 to run the game.  And I don't see dialing back on DX when other games work fine including older games..lol. 

    Any suggestions to get this fixed?
