I was just curious what's going on in everyone's playthrough.  Not the whole story but a general summary of what's going on.

I have 2 characters I'm rolling right now:

Rhaego - Redguard my sneaky thief, assassin, uses bows and dual wield.  He got to level 10 by just wandering and taking on some bounties.  Just went quickly through the Barrow.  Might be taking a trip to Riften soon.  Roleplaying kind of a Barbarian mentality.

Bothos - Breton Paladin based on Ponty's build except has destruction magic instead of bows.  He joined the Fighter's guild and just discovered the whole werewolf thing.  Since I am roleplaying, I am trying to decide if he's going to keep going with the FIghter's guild or ignore it because he believes werewolves are evil.  He must right every wrong he comes across.  Will take out the DB at one point.

I have a lot of characters (dozens)  - I play what my mood is at the moment.  I play the full gambit; wizards, rogues, warriors, and hybrids, of any race, either gender.  I play at master w/ dead=dead.

My current character is a khajiit archer. He uses illusions to aid stealth and to cause confusion, plus conjuration to summon help.  He always keeps the summonned between him and the enemy - he doesn't like getting hit.  He is in the mid-teens, and wears leather armor (but is going to upgrade to elven soon).  He is mainly just following the main-quest (I've yet to finish it, although I've gotten fairly deep into it a few times - some characters died, while I've lost interest in others).

I have also started a new character, for times that I don't want to sneak.  A typical orc that dual wields axes and wears heavy armor - he just wanders and finishes any fights that others start.  He may take up an occassional quest, if the mood strikes.

It sounds like I haven't put in as much time as others.  My only other retired character was a Nord 2h great sword warrior type.  I need to try a full mage once I've played a bit with Rhaego and Bothos.

Where do you get you names for your characters?

I have three playthroughs at the minute.

    1. My lvl 58 high elf Mage. I'm currently rebuilding the guild and about to try to complete the mammoth task of finding all the Stones of Barenziah.

    2. A lvl 38 Argonian female thief/assassin. She has finished both DB and Thieves currently trying to acquire the house in Riften. No MQ but I have had to activate the Dragons to gain one of the Daedric artefacts. All 15 have been collected.

    3. Larz D'Ovakine. My journal playthrough. Has come to a stand still at the moment. See his Memoirs in the Backstory corner to find out where he is upto so far. The next part is bubbling away in the recesses of my mind, it just needs to come together hopefully over the weekend.

    Running a few characters atm:

Bolrin the Wild: A Bosmer wanderer, heavy RP, and could be a character in the near future. (current, D=D, lvl 8, second roll with this character... he died the first time at around 15 hours)

Pillow: The Dungeon delver of my guide... he died recently. Level 15, Breton, 48.03.50 play time, his stats are on Part 1 of my blog.

Kit'Catatonic: Khajiit Spellword, Level 18, Died with playtime of 19.50.16... My first Skyrim Khajiit/ D=D character; I might do some quests w/o D=D because he's so much fun.

Paladin: My first "SkyrimBlog Character" taking after Ponty's Paladin Build, Level 39

I have had other characters, but deleted them after their "quests" were complete: My DB Assassin, the Argonian Arch-Mage, and a Redguard soldier.

I also have a Bosmer Witchhunter(customized version) running in Morrowind.

Like RuneRed, I too play on Master using Dead is Dead with more than a few RP restrictions which is why my playtime doesn't seem to match some of my characters.

I know what you're going through with Larz, I've been brainstorming and going over a backstory for nearly a week now.

I kind of like the Dead is Dead idea.  I might have to try that.  Although I will admit that I'm not too good at this and will likely not survive past level 10.

    I have four characters

My main character is a male Dunmer, Tygravius Boximir, lvl58-He's done everything. Completed all questlines, found all daedric artifacts, every location(prett sure), done all side quests. Basically there's not a whole lot he hasn't done. He's pretty much retired at home with his wife Mjoll and houscarl Jordis. Occasionally goes out and kills a dragon, bandit leader or giant for one of the Jarls.

Female Altmer, Tessa, lvl 12-Strict mage, only doing College questline, no MQ so no dragons. It's been awhile since I've played her. Need to get back and see what she's up too.

Female Bosmer, Volliq, lvl 18-Full on Theif/assasin, only doing Theives Guild and DB, no fast-travel, no dragons. Pretty much just joined both factions and is fresh to both. It's tough not to fast-travel at all, but well worth it...

Male Nord, Harold Boggs, lvl -5 That's right, negative 5. He's the town drunk in Whiterun. In jail alot, steals, gropes and harrasses women all the time. Trouble maker. Not sure what he's up to lately. Pretty sure he's in jail. Rarely leaves the walls of Whiterun. Occasionally he'll pick up a janitorial job to clean the vats at Honneybrew Meadery...of course escorted by the guards.

I tried to make an evil all magic character but I just don't have any fun playing it. It's either WAY too easy because you have no rules to guide yourself by or I feel guilty doing bad things. Soooo, that was a terribly bad experiment and I guess I am going back to a fundamentally good character. I just could not play evil. I don't understand how one can make an evil build and it be anything but super easy. I mean if you just take everything you want, there is no challenge. I don't know.

Wow!  How many hours did it take to get Ajukas to a Lvl. 81?  What are you base numbers for magic, health, and stamina?  Thanks in advance.

I have played four or five characters into the 50s, then I get bored and decide to start over.  My current character is Xandur the Good who is a Lvl. 37 dark elf assassin.  Xandur relies upon bows, dual wielding, and the school of Illusion.

I've two characters left, both warrior types because I like that style the most.

One, a Nord, is the Skyrim sequel of my heavy armoured main tank from WoW who I have there almost from the start. When on duty she's fully cladded with heavy armour. Her main weapons are a sword and a shield. She refuses to wield axes and maces, for her those are weapons for barbarians. Is quite a good marksman with her bow too. Magic is not her favorite but she knows a few tricks and use them sometimes. When off duty she likes to go around in more confy and nicer clothing. She's nice, polite and will always try to help those who're in need of it. She never kills someone or something just like that. Don't offend or hurt her though, she'll crush you like an insect. She likes to have a companion around, although their behaviour in battle drives her up against the wall sometimes. At this moment she have Vorstag around and it looks if she has fallen in love with him.

The other, also a Nord, is a lightly armoured great sword wielding girl, although she can handle sword & board and dual wielding also. Her markmanship is even better than that of the other. The only magic she can use is to heal herself and to harden her quite exposed skin. Her aversion against magic as a whole makes her a merciless foe toward its wielders. Although she can be kind and polite, she tends to be loud mouthed and rude, especially toward authorities and gods. Ale and mead are highly attractive for her and a good brawl is not something to be sneezed at.  She never walks away from a fight no matter how many and/or how strong her opponents are, bringing her in big trouble sometimes, stretching her skills to the very limit. She also never kills just like that, but if you angers her, be prepared for the inevitable. Her only companion is her greatsword, others are looked at with disdain, in her opinion those buggers gives more trouble than being helpfull.

Both are proud members of the Companions but both refuse to become a werewolf.

I kinda cheated on Ajukas, I used the Ohgma Infinium glitch. I balanced out stamina and Health and didnt put any into magic.

Some interesting run throughs people.  thanks for sharing.  You've given me some ideas for new characters.  I think I may start a stormcloak roleplay character.  Nord, greatswords, light armor, bow, sneak, dagger.  Like the ultimate guerilla fighter.

I'm still playing my paladin, he's level 8 at the moment.  I'm really enjoying the conjuration aspect of ponty's build.
