Hunter's Discipline: Overpowered as Sh*t

A lot of people say that the Hunter's Discipline Archery perk is useless, but I found an amazing exploit. It doubles the amount of arrows you get from missed shots as well. So, if you miss a shot, you get 2 arrows back. This is great because if you randomly find some amazing arrow, you don't have to use it sparingly. Just get to a safe spot, and shoot at a wooden post for a while and you will have 50 badass arrows, way below the level at which they would be expected to be available in large amounts. Level 5 with 50 orcish arrows yes please.
