Tribes are massive. The Jarls in Skyrim are actually chieftains of tribes. Each hold is tribal land.

And then we have the petty kingdoms of high rock. Same thing.

Whoa, you just put things in a whole new perspective.

No no no Cities are not tribes! They have the empire's culture and structure, but kept the whole High King thing from way back then. But their culture is not like tribes at all, they trade with each other, have currency, universal laws etc.

And according to the Nords, Talos founded the empire (a nord from Skyrim) and an empire is pretty much the opposite of a tribe.

Wow, you know very little about tribes. Tribes doesn't mean primative. For example, look at the clans/gangs/three families in fallout. Very tribe like, but they're not primative.

Actually she has a point. Tribes are most often found in primitive societies.

    First off, that's a dude.

Secondly, tribes are just extended family groups.

I'm just amazed that this discussion has been going on for 11 hours now. This must really mean a lot to you, I guess

That's a dude? I assumed from the profile picture, plus on my phone the pictures real tiny, that it was a girl. On mobile pictures are real small, and it looked like a girl.

He just likes getting told the same stuff over and over

  • July 19, 2015 8:29 PM EDT

It'd be really funny if he spent less time playing the character before moving on to someone else than the amount of time the discussion has been going on.  Basically the same thing modding does x_x
