  Hey all! I was trying to find the most effective build to nuke down a dragon mid-fight.

  I might have had a combo that was supreme at taking these bad boys on. In my Kaj-Wamasu build (http://tamrielvault.com/group/character-building/forum/topics/chara...) I can boost Lightning Storm upto 370 damage/sec (and it can be boosted higher) it's not so much one shot but it will waste them really fast, and it only needs to hit once, I guess it kind of is one shot of jou do it right.
  
  I guess you could just max Sneak, Archery, Enchanting and Smithing and unleash an arrow that does over a thousand damage. Or use the Restoration Loop to make a weapon that can do thousands of points of damage.

  Probably The Crystal Guardian by Adrik. Without any Alchemy or crafting loops, it can do 319 damage with a basic attack. A lot more with power attacks, Great Critical Charge, using a found/bought weakness to frost/magic poison, or any combination of those.
