I quote from Erik Todd Dellums, the voice of Three Dog, (The exact tweet) "To all my #Fallout3 and #ThreeDog fans: There may be more of the Dog coming! Fingers crossed!". Do any of you think that we will hear GNR in Fallout 4? I for one hope so. I don't really think that the GNN thing in the trailer is involved, though.

Everyone's pumped about the return of Dogmeat and here I am with my fingers crossed hoping for Three-Dog to come back. GNR was an awesome station to listen to while you were sneaking around dank metro tunnels.

Galaxy News Radio helped me out in a darker time in my young life. I do hope we get more of the Dog!

I should point out that after that he came onto Shoddycast's videos and acted as Three Dog... And he voiced original dialogue for the Storyteller mod for NV...
