  Well, Adrianne has always been my preferred choice, but I don't hat War-bear at all and I'd really hate to see him dead. Now, if I could do a small quest for them and they disagree and divorce. That'd be great.

  Rune from the thieves guild cause he's HOT.

  I like Teldryn Sero too. He was one of the best followers I've ever hired in the game. I used the creation kit to remove his helm and put him in scaled armor... NICE ;)

  Honorable mention would be Vekel the Man and Glover Mallory cause they're quite pleasing to the eye. It's all about the looks... ya know?

  If we're going by beards now, I always liked Savos Aren's.  I'd marry Ysgramor's beard first and foremost, though. 

  Edit: Wait, Arngeir's beard is pretty awesome, too.  Very elderly wizard-like?
