So what did you do after you saved the world?

I've just finished the main quest storyline (for the first time) and the question now is: what to do now? I've popped in to High Hrothgar but they all seemed to be asleep. Next I'll go back to Whiteun then maybe go after Word Walls or rescue Thorald.

    What did you do?

Saw the title and immediately thought of this.

Haha, I remember feeling like that. After an intense boss battle you've completed the main quest and it's sorta like, 'now what?'

My character finally confessed his affection to Mjoll and the two get married. She is able to cool the raging beast inside him and the two make an excellent pair. Without her he would be consumed by his inner darkness, this naturally makes him rather protective of her.

I completed side quests, took on bounties, discovered all the words of power (that weren't tied to a specific faction, which means there are some I will never get due to role play and not wanting to join the college, or companions because it dousnt fit with the character.)

I've dicovered great wealth, my gear is maxed out, so are my skills. It's time my character settles down but then... There's is talk of a 'dawnguard' faction, and strange cultists are looking for the Dragonborn...

I am so compelled to say "Your mom!"

I think years of being on Xbox with all the squeakers who think that that's a cool thing to say has gotten to me

Anyway, I usually just finish up questlines... Maybe kill a few giants along the way!

Giants! Remember me? I'm that guy you sent in to lower earth orbit back at level 5. You probably don't recognise me under all this dragon bone armour.

    Payback time!

    To quote a certain series:

"Hey there big guy, yeah, you remember me don't you? You owe me a toe."

    Sounds like a plan!

And I've just got DG & met the cultists already :)

Just as well you didn't say it then! ;)

I've barely started other questlines so have a lot left to do.

Yeah...that's where I am in Skyrim. I have done EVERYTHING there is to do. So I keep trying to do new things. Making a wan aback character as we speak. Argonian pride.

The only logical thing to do. Jump off the Whale Bone Bridge.

I feel like I should know where that's from but I don't. Google was no help either.

I've come to Skyrim late so I still have a lot to do :)
