Crashing Powder Bandit Headquarter, smashing all their heads with a sledgehammer and feasting on their flash. It was fun to do something to help the people.

Leaving the Vault in Fallout 3 for the first time. That was awesome!

Actually, it was outside Fallout, when I found the I-15 taking me through Prim and past other familiar locations on my way to California. It really grounded the game for me.

Same here, first Fallout game i ever played, it looked so awesome seeing how fraked up the world had become. That, or ascending to the top of the Washington Monument, especially after visiting it IRL. When I went up there with my classmates, I said"Its beautiful seeing it not destroyed and full of Super Mutant trenches"

Another highlight would have to be the Dunwich Building... For all who have been, you know why...

Toke your time, explore, and don't look up guides for stuff until after your first playthrough. Just explore and experience stuff on your own for the first time :)

So the same way I played Skyrim? Okay then, thanks!

In the context of other Bethesda games I've played (Skyrim and New Vegas)? 7

    On its own? 8

I agree with Bryn, I'll give it 9. Mods fixed pretty much all my gripes with it. Companions and factions could've been more fleshed out and that's probably the only "negative" thing I can say about it. Though mods fixed a lot of its shortcomings for me, notably absence of Hardcore mode and ironsights.
