Reaches second only to the Daedra and a game that only masters can play await adventurers here. An Altmer can help you succeed.

    Four Skull Lookout?

    It's in the Reach.

Only masters in Destruction can use the pedestal to complete the Destruction ritual quest.

The Altmer is Faralda, the quest giver and destruction trainer/seller at the College.

Forsaken Cave? Yeah, I know it doesn't reach very high, but it's associated quest eventually leads you to Snow Throat. The game could be a reference to "A Game at Dinner" an Alchemy skillbook iirc, which can be found in that cave, while the Altmer could be that obnoxious old man who own the shop.

    We have a winner!!!

I see why it was so hard lol  I've written reaches when it should be riches *facepalm*

The cave has the second most number of gold ingots, the first is the Shrine of Mehrunes Dagon

A game is both A Game at Dinner and alchemical lock for the White Phial chamber which two master alchemists - Curalmil and Nurelion play.

And you are correct, Nurelion is the Altmer

I'll get the ball rolling again.

The Palace on the frosty peak

An Eye all seeing art dwell within

Niether Bear nor Dragon want thine Town
