  Sooo... I decided to refresh my computer because it was running a little slow and after I reinstalled Skyrim I cant play it for some reason. Every single time I try to boot it up I says that I'm missing "x3daudio1_7.dll" Does anybody know how I could fix this??

  Did you install via steam ? If you right click the game in your library, click on properties and look for 'verify game files' or something like that. This will check the integrity of your original installation.
