Any good power play/shutdown builds?

I've been looking for some cool power play/shutdown builds ever since reading the bronze sentinel. However, I want one with a little more variety, a little more pizzaz, one with a twist to it, more so than just "add fire" (No offence to the build though, it's really excellent) and to make things difficult, no mods. Thanks.
