Idea for a sea mage i had.

  • January 8, 2014 4:13 AM EST

This is  an idea for a sea mage i had.

I have put it in list form, its just to maybe give someone the idea to create a build like this.

    My Character Concept.

    The Sea Mage

    Race I Picked: Nord

Armor I chose for Aesthetic reasons: Blades Armor, Thalmor Gloves, Cuffed boots, no helm.

Abilities used: Animal Allegiance, Clairvoyance, Steadfast Ward, Dragonrend, Any flesh spell, Frostbreath, Invisibility, kyne's peace, Muffle, Slow Time, Storm Call, Telekinesis. Unrelenting Force, Waterbreathing, Whirlwind Sprint.

    Reasons:

    • Animal Allegiance, Clairvoyance, Kyne's Peace, Telekinesis.

The Sea Mage is a telepath and psychic especially when it comes to sea life

He uses his gift to take control of the sea life or any simple-minded creature

To either keep them at bay or command them to attack his foes

He can also use his psychic abilities to deflect small objects like arrows or navigate threw rough turrain.

    • Frost Breath, Steadfast Ward, Dragonrend, Flesh spells, U. Force, Storm Call, Whirlwind Sprint,

               Waterbreathing, Invisibility, and Muffle.

The Sea Mage uses a form of magic called Aquamancy to

manipulate and control the flow of water around them.

This form of magic gives them ultimate control of

Skyrims water allowing them to call forth the destructive

force of the ocean as well as the water in all things.

Even dragons will fall if the flow of water is  turned

    against them.

Effects used: Shout glitch but it is optional

    Special Abillity Concepts:

Ocean Call: (requires: Slow Time, Waterbreathing, Muffle)

The Sea Mage calls upon the ocean itself to rise

above the surface engulfing his/her surroundings

and slowing everyone around him alowing for an

invaluable amount of time to quickly strike their foes.

Water Cloak: (requires: Ebony Flesh, Waterbreathing)

The Sea Mage surrounds himself in a protective cloak of

water that deflects physical attacks and allows him to breath

    underwater.

Summon Sea Life: (requires: body of water either ocean or river, throw voice, Animal Allegiance)

The Sea Mage Lures his opponents to the water

and calls the local sea life to assault them.

Maelstrom: (requires: body of water or Ocean Call, Cyclone or Blizzard, and Ice Storm.)

The Sea Mage uses his mastery over the cold waters of skyrim to create a spinning

current of cold water to drown, freeze, and bombard his enemies until dead.

Freezing Current: (requires: Ocean Call, Frost Breath or Iceform or Ice Storm)

The Sea Mage sends a current of of cold water to freeze their

    enemies dead.

Water Camo: (requires: water cloak, and invisibility)

The Sea Mage surrounds himself in reflective water (Clear Ice)

to reflect the light around him and render him hidden from view

this is useful for "loosing a tail". (mermaid joke lol)

This is not a character build it is a concept for a character build i used one of my test saves to quickly create this character and test the abilities and aesthetics. I personally found this to be a successful character and i hope someone creates this build and trys it I hope they have as much fun as I did making and playing it.

This is not a character build it is a concept for a character build...

...i hope someone creates this build

You've got a good amount of the basic stuff needed to make a build, so why not take the plunge and set about forming this is into a full scale character build? At the moment, no one knows your concept better than you, so who better to mould this to it's full potential?

Unfortunately this isn't really the place for builds/concepts.

When the build comes full circle, obviously it goes here: Character Building

I'm going to close this discussion in case you haven't got this copied down anywhere (I recommend microsoft word to write the build, rather than relying on ning) and I will delete the discussion by about this time tomorrow, possibly a little bit earlier
