  Did they ever fix the NPC "level lock"? So that your followers level up to their cap?
  
  Tried google but couldn't get a definitive answer.

  If they haven't, just hit them with the wabbajack. It fixes them... I am not kidding...

  I'm 99% sure it's been fixed on Xbox. It's easiest to tell with mage followers, when I first got Talvas as a follower he only used Firebolt and Flame Atronach but as I levelled up he started to learn new spells, now he can use Frost Atronachs.

  I never could find out why dogs in skyrim only level to level 25 bethsenda obviously knows if your like a level 50 you can't have a level 25 follower....

  I am pretty sure it got fixed, but I rarely ever use followers. Either way, the Wabbajack was the answer to this issue for a long time, but it only works if you change them into animals (save and load until you get the desired effect) and they change back with reset lvl/stats.
