If you can find a reason for it, go for it :)

It's not possible without perhaps mods. Most people don't like it when a build includes mods. It's is an interesting concept, but people likely won't catch on to it unless it's executed in a good well presented way.

It would be difficult to juggle all three forms but not impossible. Are you posting it or just playing it?

hhmmm, perhaps if you include dawnguard you could go for a "underworld-esque" feel?  Join companions and do that questline, afterwards starting dawnguard have serana turn you (like michael was turned to save his life.) becoming a hybrid, shunned by both vampires and werewolves the two of you life in the woods on the run but then decide to strike back? Or something to that degree.

Doesn't require mods, there's an exploit to become both. If you're posting, you'll have to capitalize on vampirism, wolf form, AND human form. Also, roleplay would be tough to explain. If you do it, go big or go home for sure.

Becoming a vampire removes lycanthropy (werewolf-ism) and visa versa.

    Mods a plenty though.

I think the main problem with this is providing something fresh with your "normal form" as vampire form and werewolf form cover the mage and warrior sides. You want to find something that compliments those without overlapping too much.

Build that harnesses diseases? Sounds cool.

How about the human form also use the werewolf stack glitch enchant a bunch of rings with unarmed damage. As a human you sneak and use unarmed and if a situation gets a bit crazy you have vamp lord and werewolf to slaughter your enemies.

You just gave me an idea to make a build based on using effects/poisons that replicate the effect of in-game diseases against opponents, some kind of Wererat Fellcrafter... Amusing. Allow me to thank you for the idea, though I'm sure it was not the intention to give.

Calo, thats a pretty cool idea, and what if being a vampire and werewolf made him hear two different voices in his head, in addition to his own. It would be great for roleplaying

Here's a thought for you. As someone mentioned earlier, werewolf is very much a warrior form whereas Vampire Lord is mostly mage. If you want my reccomendation, either play as a battlemage and embrace those forms as the highest aspect of your craft, or (my choice) play as a thief in human form to balance out the trilogy.

Sounds like a good idea for a shapeshifter build.

Would be pretty cool. Maybe go for a thief main form? Then you have all three bases covered.
